Had the most amazing few days away, spotless cabin in a beautiful location. Will 100% be coming back. 5*

I really enjoyed my stay at Helena's. The space was fantastic, very clean and well stocked, and in a beautiful setting - both in the grounds of the house and the village. It was really convenient to get to Oxford both on the train and driving. There are plenty of pubs to choose from and a Co-op a short walk away. I can highly recommend staying at Helena's and hope to return again soon!

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary and it was absolutely lovely, we are definitely going back! Lynden was so lovely and gave clear instructions that made finding eveything so easy, love our tour of the farm and feeding all the animals that were so friendly! The room was really nice and decorated so beautifully & really appreciated the complimentary snacks. We loved the hot tub, lighting the fire for our marshmallows, and how close the animals got to us! Was a lovely place to stay felt so at home and welcomed, would define my recommend :)

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Everything was just perfect. Very easy checkin, clear instructions on how to use everything, beautifully furnished with great amenities, loved that we could buy local produce too. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be at one with nature and have a few days to switch off. We will definitely be back!!

Well what can we say It’s absolutely stunning and the grounds were beautiful. Peaceful location and so relaxing. We took full advantage of the hot tub and the barbecue. Well equipped kitchen and with a nice little touch of a bottle of bubbly in the fridge on our arrival. Dave is a great host and Sammy the dog kept us entertained. Visited the local farm with the Grandson who loved it and had a pub meal at the local pub which was stunning. All in all we’ve had a great stay and would recommend Dave’s place to everyone. We will definitely revisit we loved it that much. Thank You for having us See you soon 😊

The Shepherds Hut was amazing, so cozy, clean and comfortable. Trish has thought of everything. The table and benches turn in to the bed base, with space underneath to store your bags. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. The shower was great, towels provided. It's in a really quiet location and we had the added pleasure of seeing a glorious peacock on our arrival ! Trish is a really great host, lots of attention to detail such as: fresh free range eggs, cans of gin and tonic, chocolate biscuits, milk and a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Plus marshmallows for melting by a fire and a jar of sweets. Games to play, a folder with details of local pubs (all dog friendly), maps for local walks and booklets of places to visit. We recommend the Red Lion at Castle Eaton, a really friendly and welcoming pub, with very tasty food. We really enjoyed our weekend, so much to do and right in the heart of the Cotswolds. An absolute idyllic location here in Goldicote! Had the perfect overnight stay - Cosy, quiet, with everything you need! Amenities just as listed, the bed was super comfy and the cabin had a lovely homely touch :) Kirsty is a great, responsive host - thanks so much! X

Amazing 2 night stay!! Super easy to find and in a nice and private location with really good local food restaurants. The hut was clean and provided everything we needed to cook when we wanted to as well as a nice relaxing garden space where we could hear the local chickens, horses and sheep. Georgina also gave us some amazing recommendations which we made good use of during our stay!! Check In was super quick and easy! Short walk from a great pub / restaurant called the Fox at Oddington where we ate on our second night. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend

Beautiful shepherds hut in beautiful surroundings with everything you could need. The wood fired hot tub was amazing! Tom and Laura had great communication and we would definitely come back :)

Beautiful location overlooking a lake, complete with ducks, geese and fish. Our cabin was clean and comfortable with a good shower. Loved sitting on the decking watching the sun go down

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, and beautifully maintained with a lovely hot tub. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

John’s place was perfect! It was just as described and very comfortable. The garden was beautiful and accommodations were great. John went above and beyond and was more than helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone considering! Lovely stay.

An elegant, well appointed, beautifully crafted shepherd's hut, with a lovely view, horses moseying by, songbirds galore. Felt like I was in a Gainsbourgh painting! The cabin is so pretty, cozy, bed comfy, shower great. The fridge was stocked with brekkie AND, such a gift-- homemade bread! Clive had great suggestions of things to do, I had an idyllic stay, and plan to go back to see more--but also just To Be in such a lovely, relaxing, peaceful place!

What a lovely place. Debbie was extremely generous, fun to talk to and made us feel welcome and cared for. The cabin was hygge and we had plenty of fun lighting fires under the pergola outside. We made friends with the chickens, they were highly entertaining. Overall, we thoroughly recommend Debbie's cabin as a beautiful green getaway!

We had a fabulous time here . Such good value for money , a proper private space - with a TV and lots of nice supplies which were unexpected , such as fresh orange juice, lovely coffee bags and a variety of snacks and fruit ! We were very impressed . We were also able to leave our luggage on check out day so that we could go on a hike . Christina and Viv were super friendly :)
