Barn accommodation in Northamptonshire

Unfortunately I was unable personally to stay at Rita's accommodation because of a sudden medical problem, but she was more than accommodating in letting me bless some friends at the last minute with a few days vacation. They really enjoyed their stay and said the welcome was amazing. So once again thank you to the host for her understanding.

I stayed at this air bnb for my wedding at a nearby venue. It was the best! I felt so relaxed, the host was very friendly and we had the best time! I would highly recommend staying here

What an incredibly beautiful and peaceful stay! Tom and his wife were such kind and gracious hosts I am so glad I was able to spend a few nights in their beautiful cottage! Getting to meet their two sweet pups made my stay even better if possible! I would 1000% book here again for a peaceful cottage getaway!

We had the most magical stay at this stunning countryside home for a bachelorette celebration, hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully designed, warm, and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Set in the most picturesque spot, with rolling field views full of yellow flowers, it truly felt like the ultimate countryside escape. The open-plan kitchen and living area was perfect for our intimate dinner party, spacious yet cosy, and ideal for gathering as a group. Each bedroom had its own charm and was so comfortable and inviting. Outside, the garden was just as beautiful, and the hot tub was a total highlight! The attention to detail throughout the property made it feel really special, and the overall experience felt both luxurious and homely. Communication with the host was seamless and so helpful from start to finish. We’re already dreaming about our return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Field End Barn - An amazing space in beautiful surroundings. Pam and John made us all feel very welcome (especially our 18 month old toddler) and were always on hand if we needed anything during our stay. Amanda’s place is set in a beautiful area. The apartment is part of a very elegant compound where her house is the main building. Amanda information regarding places to visit and restaurants were very useful. The apartment is quirky and uniquely furnished. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the Prosecco in the fridge was the cherry on the cake! We highly recommend it. Thank you Amanda!

Nicky’s place was so beautiful. Located in the peaceful countryside it had every amenity you could ask for and was spotlessly clean. We were in the area for our wedding at Beaumanor Hall, so it was a perfect location for us. Honestly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights as we went to an event at the NEC. It is in a beautiful location with lots of animals to meet and we particularly enjoyed meeting Winston, Wallace and Wellington the pigs! Both Tina and Martin were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was spotless, cosy and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The xbox and boardgames were a great touch! We will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

We both so enjoyed Emma's beautiful barn. We simply wanted to enjoy this lovely space and cooked a meal there . Everything was handy and everything practical had been thought of. A magical barn with stunning decor throughout . We would both unequivocally recommend this property to friends . A smashing crash pad near to Stratford. I particularly enjoyed walking into Stratford along the footpath from Cobb's Farm Shop a 3 minute drive up the road once my partner had gone to work . Beautiful . I booked this stay for my husband's 70th birthday with our family. There was 10 in total. The greeting was lovely and David explained everything about his property with passion and warmth. Im not surprised the place has the 'wow' factor for myself and family. The converted narn had beautiful features very pretty but David has introduced some great electric blinds, lighting, modern kitchen but fits with the period property. Fab tennis court, David provided balls and bats for guests to to use. David then took us to the pool area and extra bedroom and we were blown away. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely towels at pool and bedrooms. Plenty of hot water. Pool warm, jacuzzi great. We absolutely loved our time at Davids property. Would defo recommend. Top class.

Fantastic stay - I had booked before and came back as loved the place so much and Clare is exceptionally communicative and easy to liaise with!!! The cottage has great decor and the vibe is cosy yet modern. Only recommendation would be to bring some mirrors with you if getting ready all at once as barely any mirrors there (strange feedback I know!). Great stay, will book again.

Myself and my partner have had many weekends away in the UK, but this was a favourite for both of us! The accommodation itself and the surroundings are stunning, it is located in a blissfully peaceful area, but not too far away from things to do and see. Toby was a very attentive host and helped us with setting up the fire pit, stopped for a chat when passing, and even brought over some condiments that we had forgotten to get from the shop :) The sofa is perfect for a snuggle, the bed and linen is comfy, the fridge was stocked with milk, bottled water and wine (!), along with olive oil and a couple of other handy bits in the cupboard. Plenty of cutlery and dishes to be able to cook during a stay, and helpful to have a dishwasher installed! There is a lovely little patio outside the back door, perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We honestly cannot fault our stay here, and will definitely be returning :)

Hoo Lodge was exceptional. Andy was responsive, and welcomed us upon arrival. The studio was impeccably clean. We could tell they had taken great care to make sure everything was just perfect. Things we loved most about Hoo Lodge: the light, the gorgeous kitchenette, and sitting out on the lovely patio furniture enjoying the peaceful cotswolds setting. We hope to come back someday!

Very restful, peaceful and homely. A perfect place to relax and also good location. Easy to reach Stratford upon Avon ,stow on the wold and Bourton-On-The-Water and other beautiful places.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

This is a lovely little apartment in a very quiet location but very handy for Oakham and Rutland Water. It is set in beautiful gardens. The apartment itself is first floor, spotlessly clean and fitted with high quality fixtures, fittings and linens. It is fairly small but more than adequate for a couple on a short stay. All communications were great and the owners were very hospitable and welcoming.

A beautiful hidden gem in the Cotswolds countryside! You can get more peaceful and relaxing than this! A lovely cake on arrival, clean fresh bedding and towels. Everything you need in the kitchen. A lovely little courtyard and dog friendly. We had an amazing 2 night stay for my birthday. Finding the games, Scrabble and connect four gave us a few giggles. Lovely walks around the area... I highly recommend this beautiful converted barn / mill house. It has everything you need from toiletries to blankets and fans if it's hot to logs if it's cold. We would be back in a heartbeat 💓 thank you Valerie & Marcus!

We had a very happy two night stay here. The Lodge was equipped to a high standard (in particular, super-comfortable beds with luxurious linen, great bathrooms and kitchen) along with a feeling of being in a delightful home. The garden was beautiful - a lovely spot for a G&T and extremely peaceful. We met Chris and his family briefly and they were very friendly and hospitable, on hand to help, but not at all intrusive. We would like to return another time for a longer visit.

Great place, cleverly laid out, well appointed and nicely decorated. Great that all rooms very equal- all same size and all en-suite. Lovely hot tub. Very detailed information booklet left to tell us how everything works and reccomended restaurants. We went to the Grey Goose as reccomended, only managed to get in at lunch time but the food really was amazing- one of the best meals out I’ve ever had. Friendly host and great value stay. Interesting location of a working farm. Many thanks indeed- we plan to return x

Mike and Catherine very friendly, helpful and a pleasure talking with them. Herbie the spaniel was ready to come home with us but Mike intervened! Lots to see, Blenheim Palace and Rousham gardens. Excellent restaurants Edgehill, Blenheim, The Yurt and Deddington arms (best fish and chips ever!)........Our timing was perfect but I could not stay in hotter months without A/C. UK is definitely getting warmer. (My personal observation.) Thank you Mike and Catherine.

This was a perfect place to relax and recalibrate for a few days. Karen and Phil have great vision and their gardens and grounds are full of surprises at every turn. The grounds give onto the Chiltern way so great for walkers! There was a lovely welcome and great communication throughout! Thank you!
