Holiday rentals with a patio in Northamptonshire

I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two daughters. I could not recommend this place enough. It is literally a two minute walk to loads of nice bars and restaurants too many to choose from for the two nights stay our hosts were super accommodating and they even had the cushions on the outdoor furniture ready for us when we arrived as it was a lovely sunny day .. that is also a wine merchant just below the Appartment which is full of amazing wines .. would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back

Couldn't fault anything! Spotlessly clean, everything as described, nice quiet area. Tesco and huge Sainsbury's both within walking distance. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in the area!

I was staying for a party in the area, so needed to drop my car early and check in late in the evening, which was readily accommodated. The space itself was a very nice, clean and well set up annexe. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen set up for cooking if needed - with a fridge. All in all I was delighted, would have been perfect if I'd needed a few days away for work too.

Couldn't recommend this more, it was exactly what we were hoping for! The whole place was tastefully appointed, spotless, organised and spacious - and with a lovely view of the city to boot. I've never used the keyless entry method utilised here before, but it was seamless and quite impressive! Big recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the city.

Would recommend this stay for anyone looking to stay in the oxford area! It was a short trip to the city center by uber or bike (or for those with more time, even a walk). Louisa and Simon were always responsive, before and during our stay and extremely accomodating with everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

The property itself is stunning. The view is simply breathtaking — the kind that makes you dream of relocating just to wake up to it every day. Absolutely beautiful stay at the lodge! The place was immaculately clean and tidy upon arrival with plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathroom. Debs is a great host, very friendly and answers quickly. Would definitely recommend 😊

This house is wonderful to stay in. The little extras always make the difference and they were plentiful in this charming house. We slept very well and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Having a decent check-in and check-out time is valued, as is the clean, non-toxic toiletries. It would have been great to have a washer/dryer, but that was the only amenity we felt it lacked. When we are in the area again, we would love to stay here again.

Third stay, that speaks for itself. Perfect location, central but hidden away. I just love the apartment, feels homely, quirky, individual. Always very special/ memorable staying there.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Aubrey's place! It was the perfect location while we visited family and saw the sights around Birmingham. It was very convenient to walk to the train station and catch the train into New Street, as well as pop down the road for some delicious food (Dolphin, Tin Sing, and The Country Girl were all fabulous). We also enjoyed having a coffee on the back patio in the mornings, watching the train go by (the noise was not bothersome in the unit at all) as well as folks on the footpath behind the canal. We would happily stay here again as it had everything we needed!

We had a lovely stay in this quiet little flat. It is in the heart of Cambridge easy walking distance to the shops and colleges but very peaceful at night.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

This place is a gem. Everything was so wonderful, super clean, and the host was so responsive and helpful. As long as you have a car, this is a wonderful place. During the summer, the apartment can get very hot, so be mindful of the temperature during summer. I highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely time at Andrea's lovely apartment! Communication was brilliant and we were sent really useful information and recommendations ahead of our arrival for a smooth check-in and stay. What can I say, the cottage was fabulous. The welcome basket and fridge was overflowing with items for us to use, also there was the hot chocolate maker which had the ceramic cups and 4 bags of the hot chocolate mix to make lots of delicious hot chocolate. Everywhere you looked there was something else which had been left for you. In the bathroom, there is a basket with all sorts of little things (just in case you forgot to pack them) ie make up removing cloths, toothpaste etc. The bed I could have taken home with us, it was so comfy with gorgeous bed linen and soft towels in the bathroom. We only stopped three nights and wished we had booked it for a full week. (But there is always next time) We had meals at the Grainstore Brewery and also the early bird menu at Sarpech, both meals again were fab. Sue is great to speak to, and was very pleased we liked the cottage so much. Thanks for being great hosts x
