Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Stille og rolig villa område med 300 m til sjøen med flotte badeplasser, småbåthavn og den flotte skjærgården i Færder nasjonalpark. Mulighet for avtale om leie av gjestepass i lokal båtforening.

Pastelle Villa is a brand new pedestrian apartment in a newly renovated 1925 mansard villa. It has a separate entrance with free use of large garden with fruit trees, berry bushes, vegetable garden and chickens.
