Das Doppel-Schlafsofa ist allerdings im unteren Wohnbereich. Gartenanteil mit Feuerstelle, Außensauna. Voll ausgestattet Küche, mit Gasherd.. Gewürze sind vorhanden, Kaffee müsst ihr selber mitbringen. Im Sommer wird das Brauchwasser über die Solaranlage erwärmt. Es kann etwas dauern bis bei Wolken die Heizung anspringt.

Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, and you can be in nature in just a few steps. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity, you will find cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a sledding slope, MTB trails, and hiking trails. Lake Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a child discount!

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It stretches over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view.
