The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Skoven ligger umiddelbart udenfor døren og byder på ro, natur og fuglesang, mens stranden nås på blot fem minutters gang. Ejendommen råder over flere indbydende udekroge.
