Castle idyll

Half-timbered house from the 1700s in the middle of the old town of Nyborg. The house has been restored with respect for the preservation value, and it's like stepping into an H. C. Andersen adventure with modern facilities available. There are views of the moat, the library and the top of the castle from the living room windows, and in the courtyard you can relax under the shade of the cherry trees. On the same street is Nyborg Museum and Apoli Bistro, and in the square the children can dip their feet in the local fountain.

Fra lejligheden er der udsigt til Vandtårnet. Huset ligger i et roligt i området ved Nyborg Vold. Der er gratis parkering på gaden ved huset.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Boligen er placeret ved siden af Netto. Div. spisesteder findes lige om hjørnet. Boligen er placeret tæt ved Letbanen - Benedicts Plads. 600 m til gågaden og det nye H.C. Andersen kvarter. Huset er helt nybygget i 2023. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
