Enjoy the wildlife as Deer, Red Squirrel, Pheasants and wild Rabbits will be your neighbours. Climb the many mountains in the area, some within walking distance of our front door or explore the local walks. Visit the grave of Rob Roy MacGregor or curl up infront of our woodburning stove with some hot cocoa and a good book.

On a clear evening the stars fill the sky. The walks directly around the lodge are full of history and stunning views including a waterfall.

There are many renowned country walks, Mugdock Park, The John Muir Way and West Highland Way. Glengoyne Distillery and several golf courses are close by.

Set in Loch Lomond National Park, we are delighted to offer our new glamping pod, equipped with all the necessities to enjoy your stay. Our Pod is provided with bedding, towels, cooking and eating facilities as well as an ensuite bathroom. The pod contains a small double bed with 3 seater sofa bed which is ideal for 2 adults alone. Our Pod contains a storage area for drying of muddy boots and outdoor clothing. Best of all the pod is a 2 minute walk from the main street.

The Coach House, Gourock, is located in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the Main Street with shops, pubs and the train station. The Coach House is a charming space in a converted period building. There is private parking with electric charging point and outside seating area. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
