The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Our apartment is located in the quiet forest area of Mainz-Gonsenheim. The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Fußläufig befinden sich viele Wanderwege, Fahrradwege und Weingüter, sowie eine gut vernetzte Gastronomie. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, die es ermöglicht mit bis zu 4 Personen anzureisen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück

The country house "Anneliese" is very idyllically located above the small village of Engelstadt in Rheinhessen, surrounded by nature and good air. Here you and your family will find peace and quiet. Not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the state capital of Mainz, there are many possibilities: wineries and wine taverns ensure physical well-being and bike paths lead through the vineyards to the Rhine, where numerous castles can be visited.

Living in Wingert 02

The 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße, less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it, the small Welzbach stream flows, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. The apartment has cable TV, kitchenette incl. a fridge and, of course, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A crib and highchair can be provided. If you have any questions, just let me know.

Fantastic getaway

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Our newly renovated, very specious loft-style flat is centrally located in a beautiful old winery in the heart of Rüdesheim. All attractions are just around the corner. In only a few minutes you can reach the main attractions like the cable car station, the famous "Drosselgasse" or start your hike up to the Niederwald monument. Even thou centrally located the flat offers privacy and tranquility. All you need for a relaxing stay in Rüdesheim.

Terrace GREEN

Our stylish and modern apartment is located near Bad Kreuznach, Bingen and Mainz, in the Sprendlingen wine region. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)

Room in a cozy farmhouse

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Romantic 17th Century Gingerbread Guesthouse

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
