Cabin holiday rentals in Oberammergau

We were a group of 3 families (8 people) with two children (4 & 9 years) and a dog. The hostess was very proactive before arrival and sent us good information, so you could find the place quickly and easily. Furthermore, the access was well cleared and easily accessible even without four-wheel drive vehicles! Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and we received a short briefing. For any questions, the host was always there for you. The location simply invites you to come down and relax. Nevertheless, you are also quickly in the nearby village of See, where you can find restaurants, 2x supermarkets and of course the elevator. We felt super taken care of and would be happy to come back! You just have to see the home base!

The communication was great from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and total desired. The location is a dream, the amenities and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic stay with Roberto. He is an incredibly friendly man. The house is cute and cozy. We had indicated that we would like to use the towels and that was no problem at all and there were more than enough towels ready for us. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely chalet. Simone and Erich were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The space was carefully planned, and worked well for our party of six people. The enclosed balcony, and entrance area meant that the kitchen/dining area is free of clutter, and easy to use. The kitchen and utensils were all high quality, and this reflects the attention to detail the hosts have put into this chalet. It was completely renovated in 2019, and is in immaculate condition. It is located a short ski or walk from the Salober lifts. Grocery shopping was convenient on the ski busses, and we did not need to use our car. The Pfefferkornhütte has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley. There are no neighbors, which heightens the impact of the beautiful natural surroundings. The stars at night were stunning. We have skied from many chalets over the years, but this one is by far the best one we have ever stayed in.

What an absolute delight it was to stay in the cabin this week. Beautiful surroundings, a cosy, warm and beautiful cabin with plenty of space for our family of four. Lovely facilities and within walking distant of lots of great restaurants, a quaint little Christmas market and close to the sports centre where we spent lots of time ice skating, tobogganing and swimming. The host was helpful, very kind and couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Seefeld. An unforgettable winter break.

Very nice and super equipped cabin, we appreciated (especially our dogs) the outdoor space with a bbq. The area is great for various types of excursions. Simon is very kind and helpful.

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The location was perfect for hiking and exploring Innsbruck. Antan was very nice and always easy to reach.

What a great place to stay! We were met by Alfred and Yvonne in the town by the church. We drove up to the accommodation together. There was a pick flower on the table from our own garden and we drank a glass of wine together. Alfred and Yvonnen are very friendly hosts. Communication went very well. The cottage is cozy and equipped with every comfort. A good bed, a nice shower. Fully furnished. A wood stove for the cold days. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains! A truly priceless view. The outdoor space is also fantastic; several seats (including a covered one). Very neat and cared for. Our dog had plenty of space. You are very private. Nice hikes made in the area. Everything is within a short driving distance. In short, a top place!! Congratulations! Irma

We had now been to the hut for the second time and were overwhelmed again: the view, the air, the animals - we would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you!! We will definitely come back :))

From hiking to sledding, everything was there. The property is a good starting point for hikes and greater shopping in a few minutes by car. Small mini market and bakery in walking distance. Large garden and beautiful sun terrace. Many nooks to sit incl. Sunroom. House is heated by oven, was warm and cozy.

We were very surprised by the size of the barrel and the rest of the system. Everything was clean and very lovingly furnished. The reception was very friendly and everything was explained to us in detail. In the evening, we had booked a meal. The snack platter exceeded our expectations and was still sufficient for breakfast the next day. The hosts were very friendly and open. The location is quiet and idyllic, just the right thing to switch off. The accommodation is definitely recommended.

We spent three wonderful days at the Ögg! Great hikes and a wonderful view from the balcony. The accommodation is delightful and ideal for switching off. Communication with Christa was excellent. The two are very hospitable and helpful! We will be happy to come back!

The two of us were allowed to be guests in Barbara's cabin for five nights. Although the weather was not quite as hoped, we enjoyed our time in Graslehn with Barbara and Franzl very much. The cabin is small, quaint and cozy and equipped with everything you need. The surroundings are magnificent and you can hike endlessly. Barbara and Franzl are very friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice experience and a full recommendation :)

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The view from the accommodation is breathtaking. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

The facility was nice and cozy, communication was fast, and they were proactive in helping. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

Beautifully located hut for all those looking for peace and relaxation. The check-in worked great and was flexible. We would definitely visit again!
