Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

The charming Tiny House "Sundowner Cabin" is located on the outskirts of Oberammergau in the Bavarian Alps. The 28m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a 2-plate cooker, coffee machine and refrigerator, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The house has a pellet stove for heating. In the shared garden of the Tiny House you will find a barbecue and a wonderful unobstructed view of the mountainous landscape.

Our newly built (2019) vacation home is located in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In addition to the two large bedrooms (approx. 18 square meters) each with large double beds, there is another bedroom with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one of which (about 10 square meters) has a corner bathtub and a very large, walk-in shower (1.2 m x 1.2 m).
