We rent a cozy apartment on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The studio consists of kitchen-living room and living-bedroom with extra bathroom. The spacious south-facing terrace with access to the garden will be particularly appreciated.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

In the summer you can relax on the partly covered terrace or in the garden in the sun lounger. More than half of the garden is designed close to nature, with orchids, other wild flowers and grasses. In the cold season you will be greeted with blazing fire in the fireplace and supplied with firewood

The premises have been biologically renovated (lime plaster, wood and stones). Underfloor heating. The focus of the kitchen equipment is on raw food (stove not available). Fruit and vegetables can be delivered fresh daily (price by arrangement).

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Approximately 30m² is our bright, modern furnished 1-room apartment for 2 persons. A third person may be able to sleep on a sleeping chair. The bathroom is separated from the living room. The small kitchen, which is directly accessed from the living room, is well equipped. A very large terrace with a fantastic mountain view is surrounded by a large garden that can also be shared.
