We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. For me – Janine, a trained hotel manager – it is particularly important to bring people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with the family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

Our feel-good oasis in the forest for nature lovers and people seeking silence. Spending the night at the edge of the forest is an indescribable experience. Our cozily furnished tiny house is the ideal place to relax and for a romantic getaway. Located in the middle of the Bergisches Land in a small and quiet village, you can enjoy the tranquility on a separate and fenced property of 1,500 square meters. With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.

Wellness chalet by the lake with sauna, fireplace & jacuzzi

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Cozy tiny house on the edge of a picturesque manor. In the shade of old trees, you have a secluded area just for you. From here, the view opens onto a wide field. In the cabin, you can watch rabbits or deer scurry past from the sleeping area. In the evening, you can try out the fire pit to see how your echo reverberates from the forest across the street. A wonderful place for starry nights and absolute tranquility.

Lindenhaeuschen

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

The circus and the romanticized idea of a life as a traveling artist in a circus is something very special for many people from an early age. Experiencing the life of the traveling artists yourself is an absolutely cool trend that is fun and promises a slightly different vacation. It is the ideal starting point for a discovery tour through beautiful hills, wide pastures or extensive forest areas.

Lovingly designed, centrally heated circus trolley, which meets all requirements located in a romantic parsonage. Quiet on the outskirts of Cologne with good transport links. On 30 m² there are two separate rooms, kitchen and bathroom for 2 to 3 people. Due to some demands: The car is also fully heatable in winter in the shortest time very warm. This makes it habitable both in summer and winter.

Circus wagon by the river

Far enough from the noise of the streets, close enough to be reachable from the cities of the region in a short time (Cologne, Bonn, Siegen approx. 1 hour, Hagen, Dortmund approx. 1.5-2 hours), stands our circus wagon with attached 'Orangerie', built according to historical, French model.
 It offers homey comfort in a nostalgic atmosphere for 2-3 persons.

Wildflower meadow | Tiny home in nature

Come back in harmony with yourself and nature at this incomparable retreat. The cabin is located not far from a farm on a sprawling wild meadow. The wide valley is traversed by small runs of a natural stream. From the cabin, the view wanders into the distance and crosses bushes and trees. The surroundings are ideal for exploring on foot or by bike.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
