Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Take a vacation in a newly renovated and light-flooded apartment of a Rhinehessian farmhouse from 1927. The old plank floors in the rooms are just as well preserved as the terrazzo floors in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The mixture of old and modern makes this apartment and farmstead, with paved courtyard, barn building and residential building. The apartment is quietly and centrally located in Frei-Laubersheim and is surrounded by vineyards and forests, which you can explore by bike and on foot.

Quiet holiday home on the banks of the Nahe

The lovingly furnished, bright self-contained apartment located on the outskirts is less than 50 m from the banks of the Nahe and the barefoot path. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are available free of charge.

You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.
