Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Oberspreewald-Lausitz

We had a lovely time at the tiny house. It is on the edge of the village and you really have your peace and quiet there and see the rabbits hopping across the field. Accommodation was very clean and suited us as a family (2 adults, 2 children), especially because of the covered terrace, which "enlarges" the living room. We will be happy to come back.

Super accommodation with plenty of space, beautiful garden, good amenities and in very quiet surroundings. Altdöbern offers everything you need, bakery, ice cream parlor, kebab, supermarket, etc.

Even better than the photos. I’ve been waiting years to find a weekend at this place and it was worth it. Glorious.

The accommodation is super nice and quiet, ideal for excursions through the Spreewald. The house is well equipped. A private parking space is also provided. A very nice landlord and a real insider tip! 👍

The apartment was as described, very lovingly furnished and decorated. For children and adults, darts and kicker, sandbox. The courtyard was very nice for breakfast and card games, sheltered from the wind and also not so loud. The only disadvantage is the cobblestone street in front of the house, it was very noisy. With the windows open, sleeping was only possible with earplugs. And if you like to sleep in the dark, please bring sleep goggles. But all of that could be solved. We went on many excursions, especially the ones Christine recommended. Our dog also felt very comfortable and we found many walking paths. Contact and check-in/check-out worked great. The whole Glatz family is very, very nice and uncomplicated, we felt right at home. You could always turn to her. Fritz showed us his animals, gave us good tips and even brought us eggs. We immediately fell in love with the dogs. Apartment was as described, cozy and very clean. The small kitchen had everything you needed. The cozy bedroom is large, as is the comfortable bathroom. Since it is rather dark on the ground floor (and we like it brighter), a little brighter lighting, especially in the small sofa/TV corner, would be very good. The private terrace and the beautiful garden are great. Overall, absolutely good value for money! The location is convenient for excursions and activities, yet it is still surrounded by nature. If we come back to the Spreewald, we will definitely stay at Glatz family!!!

We had a wonderful short vacation at the place. The place was great and the surroundings invited us to take great walks in the countryside. We would spend a vacation there again any time.

The little cottage on the "Green Lake" is lovingly and modernly furnished. Everything was available, including cooking utensils, which made self-catering possible. The hosts were away themselves and, with the help of the friendly mother-in-law, had proactively arranged for a replacement host. The environment is quiet and close to nature. The settlement consists of incredibly pretty and well-kept single-family houses and invites you to take a walk. The Green Lake is a dreamy place and swimming in it was wonderful. It wasn't too cold at the beginning of June either! We felt very comfortable and are thinking about when we will come back. Daughter (12) was also thrilled. Thank you for letting us use the beautiful cottage over Pentecost!

Super nice and modern furnished studio in a quiet location. I felt comfortable right away and was even able to spontaneously extend my stay for another night. The accommodation is almost directly on the bike path and I was able to store my bike safely on the property.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything as described and very clean. Great location in the middle of the castle, shopping and harbor nearby as well as other destinations. Kitchen super equipped, very quiet and private. Thank you very much for the quick and easy communication!

We spent one night in Jana's accommodation and immediately felt super comfortable. It is a small apartment in a separate building on her property. It is not too big, not too small, optimal and cozy for us (two). Since we were passing through from afar and had to work on the laptop the next day, we had correspondingly unusual check-in/check-out times. Everything was totally flexible and accommodating. The communication with Jana was totally nice, uncomplicated and without waiting times. Thanks again for everything!

The apartment is perfect for an overnight stay in Cottbus. It is neat, clean, conveniently located near the city center. Ferries could also be safely stored in the basement. My questions were answered promptly and adequately. Thank you so much, I'd love to come back.

We recommend this very cozy, lovingly furnished apartment. Nothing was missing. Katharina and her husband are very helpful and were able to give us good tips. Ideally located to get to know the Spreewald by paddle boat and bicycle. We have recovered well.

Nice accommodation, friendly hostess, flexible hassle-free check-in and check-out. There was everything you need. The room is quite small for 4 people with sloping ceilings, and not exactly cheap for its size. For bed and breakfast it was enough, so it was ok, as we were traveling during the day anyway. Overall, we are satisfied, we had a nice stay and felt comfortable. In the village itself, there is hardly anything and it is quiet, by car the nearby town with shopping facilities and diverse Spreewald excursions are easy to reach. On foot, you can get to the water from the house in less than an hour.

The apartment was just as described. Directly close to the highway and yet totally quiet and the view over the whole city is unique. The beds were very comfortable, which I always find very important. There were all shopping opportunities nearby. Christian is a very good host and was always available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The listing is exactly as described and photos. It was very clean and you had everything that was needed. The bathroom was a dream with a huge bathtub and an infrared sauna 😍 Check-in went smoothly and it was easy to find. Also the free parking in front is a plus. Communication was flawless. We would book this place again anytime and is definitely recommended. 👍

Great, cozy, very extensively equipped apartment. Apart from an oven, everything is really available and you can also spend a long time here very well and comfortably. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite several parties in the house, it was always very quiet and relaxation after sightseeing was guaranteed. The apartment was absolutely clean and in good condition. The connection via TRAM to the city center in only about 15 minutes is an absolute bonus. It was only about 3 minutes to walk to the train. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house in the street. The communication was impeccable, friendly and above all proactive. We received all the necessary information without asking directly before arrival, which made us very happy. If we go back to Dresden, we will gladly stay here again.

Everything uncomplicated, cozy, fantastic herbal flower garden with Hollywood swing. Large, nice shower. Very comfortable bed ( soft). Plenty of towels and blankets available. Everything really perfect hiking trails right in front of the house. Great that there are even hiking maps. Thank you very much again.

A perfect place to stay in Dresden. The apartment is spacious, very comfortably furnished and well equipped with quality throughout. If anything it is even better than the photos. It is in a pleasant green area, close to the river and walking distance to the old town. Very easy to access from the airport by S-Bahn and then a 10 minute walk from Neustadt station. Supermarket at the station and good local restaurants in the Kongstrasse area. Entry instructions were clear and a lift takes you to the second floor. Communication with Sebastian was good throughout.
