The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the first floor, sauna, very cozy, spacious kitchen-living room with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace and a large terrace.

The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details.
