Depends, if somebody comes from far away we like to have a chat and tell them about this beautiful area what walks to take where to shop or rent skis otherwise we respect your privacy. The apartments are adjacent to the castle so you can be completely private if you like Most convenient is to have a rental car with you even though the trains to Salzburg and Vienna are just a short walk away. We even have a beautiful sports airfield close by where you can rent a small plane or book a scenic flight or another destination.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Grimming Apartment "Schladming"

Nestled in the Styrian mountains of the Enns Valley lies the picturesque village of Öblarn, home of the poet Paula Grogger. We rent out our apartment with panoramic views in the Schladming Dachstein region not far from the magnificent ski resorts, the thermal baths, with wonderful views. The house is in a secluded location, yet close to the center. Within minutes you can reach shops and inns. Schladming, the Dachstein, Bad Aussee and Altaussee are within easy reach by car.

Stylish and comfortably furnished loft in the heart of the old town. Beautiful oak floors and modern underfloor heating ensure a wonderful indoor climate. With a free-standing bathtub and an atmospheric bioethanol stove (in an open fireplace), the apartment offers many opportunities to relax. The maisonette is east and west-facing and offers atmospheric light at any time of the day or night. A swing in the heart of the apartment ensures joy and wellbeing.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

For weekly, monthly or even at least 2-day (2 nights) rental, there is a really very cozy and rustic apartment in the middle of a great area, which can accommodate 6 people. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a kitchen (without dishwasher, with dishes, cutlery, tea maker, microwave), 1 bedroom with 2 pine bunk beds (4 people) & 1 new double room (2 single beds). There is also a TV in the eat-in kitchen.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our cottage is only a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon! Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
