Nestled in the Styrian mountains of the Enns Valley lies the picturesque village of Öblarn, home of the poet Paula Grogger. We rent out our apartment with panoramic views in the Schladming Dachstein region not far from the magnificent ski resorts, the thermal baths, with wonderful views. The house is in a secluded location, yet close to the center. Within minutes you can reach shops and inns. Schladming, the Dachstein, Bad Aussee and Altaussee are within easy reach by car.

Expressive, natural-ifted old wood accompanies the natural style of this suite in the idyllic Kalkalpen National Park. Enjoy the quiet country life for two – also suitable for families with or without a dog and cat. The old wood suite is just under half an hour's drive from the Hinterstoder ski area as well as the Therme Bad Hall, the hiking and biking region is right at your doorstep. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Larch House

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our cottage is only a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon! Schloss Gstatt, Country Castle

Charming apartment annexed to a small historic castle in the Schladming–Dachstein Region. Enjoy pure privacy by the wood-burning stove after a day of skiing or hiking. Walk to the lovely village of Öblarn with its shop and restaurant. Nearby sports airfield offers scenic flights plus a fitness center with sauna, bar, and restaurant. Dream Chalet Ski In/Out with Sauna and Whirlpool

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
