Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Oceanside

I had a fantastic stay at Jame’s place! The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed while away from home. There is a nice pool, hot tub, and gym in the premises. In addition, the location was minutes to restaurants, beaches, sightseeing, and stores. The Check-in and check out process was clearly outlined. Communication with the host was easy and quickly received a response. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

James and the co-hosts were very friendly and responsive. The home is beautiful as described in the listing. There are a lot of amenities to enjoy. I would definitely recommend booking James's place.

Our stay was great! We traveled for my daughter’s 6th bday. The location was perfect, everything we planned on visiting was super close. Target was super closer for last min items needed. We enjoyed the pool to fullest. The unit was spacious and great view of the pool. The only thing that was super unfortunate was that the beds were not comfortable at all, I’m super sore and did not get any good sleep as those bed were rock hard. Everyone has differed preferences with beds and I definitely need a harder bed due to sciatica, but these were too hard for us. Other than that amazing stay and would definitely return (if the beds were swapped for a medium firm mattress)

This was a great Airbnb with so many amenities. We loved the pool and hot tub area and the ping pong tables. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the gym or grilling areas, they were really nice! It was very convenient to have 2 parking spots in the garage, which were close to the elevator. Beds were very comfy and we enjoyed leisurely mornings on the balcony. James was a great host. He responded quickly to any questions we had. This Airbnb is in a quiet area and very centrally located to all of the San Diego area attraction!! We visit our son a few times a year and I’m sure we will be back in the future!

During Memorial Day weekend, we stayed in James’ two-bedroom apartment that was lacking nothing. Conveniently located, kitchen stocked with basics and a whole lot more, the beds sooo comfortable, bathrooms and closets spacious, living room cozy…just an overall fun vibe! The hosts were instantly responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay, and were always so accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone looking for relaxation in San Diego. Then head to the beach for some outdoor fun…the highway is only a minute away! No complaints at all…thank uuuu to the host(s)!!!

This beautiful apartment deserves a solid five-star review! It feels like staying at a resort with amazing amenities: a huge pool that’s perfect for unwinding, a well-equipped gym, and super spacious common areas with thoughtful design. Me and my kids also love walking to the beautiful park with playground next to the building. Downstairs there is also an amazing restaurant with great atmosphere. The host was quick to respond and super helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. Will be happy to come back and highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

I had an absolutely perfect stay! The place was everything I hoped for and more — it looked exactly like the pictures, was spotless, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, super close to everything I needed: restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It made exploring the area so easy and convenient. The host was fantastic — very friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

I've made three trips to San Diego in the past year. I stayed in two different airbns; one being this one, one downtown, and one upscale hotel, 7th floor bayside downtown. This was my favorite spot by far. Even if your business or pleasure is downtown (we do Padres), the uber fares or car rental is worth it to stay out in El Cajon at this spot. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful. The hill view, quiet, and night and morning sounds are great. Nice view of the city lights. Almost too many areas/seating spots in the house to decide where to have your coffee or your drink. Neighbors waved, hot tub maintenance knocked on the door to check in, etc. The only issue was uber/delivery having trouble finding the house because there is a road that was likely once open but is now private, so they go to the wrong spot. I loved it here.

This house was a amazing, my kiddo did not want to leave! Perfect for the kids- thank you, Armando! House was clean, organized and had everything I needed for the whole weekend. Truly felt at home.

Went out of a weekend getaway from the desert heat with my girlfriend and our friends. Waking up in the morning to a beautiful view with nice fresh climate was great. The surrounds allow for a relaxing vacation as it’s nice and quiet. As to our host Liliya was amazing. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly! We had an issue and when texted her she replied right away and came to help us. Her response time was perfect her attitude was great! I will recommend this to anyone that wants a nice quiet weekend away. As it has a breathtaking view and the host is lovely!

Thank you for sharing your home with us; Great home for families. Our favorite parts of the home were: the modern kitchen appliances, spacious layout with simple decor, beautiful views and close to the beach, garage access and quiet neighborhood.

This home is a gem! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Sean’s home. It’s clean, peaceful, quiet, fun for kids and beautifully designed. Sean has done a wonderful job maintaining the mid-century design of the home, while still having the creature comforts of modern time. Sean was very easy to communicate with. We look forward to visiting again!

Grant: the house was fabulous! My only regret is that we couldn’t have shared it with others! It was the perfect party house. If we’re ever in San Diego again we’re going to see if this house is available. I’d like to share it with family & friends. And I’d like to explore San Diego further. Nate finished in the top 1% of over 17,000 runners in the Rock & Roll half marathon and it was a blessing that he could come back and chill after the race at such a lovely space! Great relaxing place to stay! Lot’s of things to do for families. From the immediate initial contact, to instructions beforehand, to several messages prior to our the stay and checking in… everything was great! The home was very lovely and clean with one exception of the pet odor in the main area. No AC but we appreciated all of the fans and the cool breeze with all windows opened. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend and visit again.

Such a wonderful place! I would definitely stay again. Seems really big compared to other units we’ve stayed in. The balcony faces in and you can really see all the inside garden with a little bit of the ocean.

Our family had a delightful stay. It was a clean apartment in a great location right next to the beach. We’ll be back!

Unit was great. It was clean and comfortable. I wish there were more hooks to hang towels and swimsuits on. Also the hallway leading to the unit had plumbing issues they were repairing. So the hallway stunk pretty bad and it kind of came into the room. But they did have fans on it and the issue should be resolved soon. I would stay in this unit again.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The views from both balconies were stunning and the entire condo complex is so peaceful.

Perfect location, beautiful sunsets, kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Walkable to everything! Would definitely stay again!
