An approximately 80 square meter and bright apartment awaits you: with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker); large living room with TV and a dining area and a covered balcony; large bedroom with double bed and single bed (if necessary also a baby travel bed); small bathroom with shower and toilet. Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. You also have access to an indoor pool, sauna & table tennis. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

An den Rhein sind es 10-15 min zu Fuß Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Wohnung Busanbindung in ca 150m Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet. Unser Haus ist fertig. Aber ab und zu kann es Baulärm geben. (Anliegende Häuser)
