The apartment is cozy and high-quality equipped with smart TV, couch, kitchenette, 1.60 m box spring bed, toilet and parking. In the immediate vicinity, approx. 5 minutes' walk, you are immediately at the Biggesee, in the park, at the ice cream parlor and the ship's dock in Sondern.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
