Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Oneroa Beach

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

The house was absolutely stunning and Rick was a great host, with added touches to make the stay more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it’s in a beautiful location and the house itself has all the right amenities. It was a very luxurious stay indeed!

Such a beautiful, serene spot. Absolutely perfect for our group of ladies. Plenty of space, stunning, modern and comfortable interior. Being able to sit out on the deck with the gorgeous view was incredible, as was the hot tub. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, it was just what we needed and 100% would return and recommend.

Gorgeous spot hidden away with local bush surrounding it. Lots of Kereru to watch in the morning. Cozy inside with lamps, candles, and a fire during the rainy days. Well supplied kitchen for cooking dinners. Beautiful tiled bathroom with overhead shower. Loved our stay!

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including a really cool covered outdoor area with a rural and beach view that we spent a good amount of time in laughing, playing cards, having Waiheke vino & antipasto platters. If it was raining or windy you can pull down the screens to block it off. The heated outdoor shower and spa was great after a swim the beach, shops and restaurants were so close to walk too.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Steve’s place suited our family really well. We enjoyed the well equiped kitchen and very comfortable beds. We loved that the village shops and beach were in easy walking distance from the house. Very cute garden which was enjoyed by our toddler. Steve responded to our messages promptly and was very accommodating. Thanks Steve for allowing us to check in early.

I loved staying here! The setting is gorgeous and the apartment is gorgeous! It is comfortable and well-appointed with everything you could need and more. Pam is a wonderful host, ready to help whatever needed. I was sad to leave and hope to have another opportunity to return.

We truly love Cannelle’s place — we initially thought it was just another apartment, but upon checking in, you can’t help but notice how the space and amenities were thoughtfully set up and prepared. It was extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean, super spacious for 2 and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable that we had a really restful sleep. And the living room space was perfect for lounging and chilling! The listing is conveniently located — a short drive from CBD and it is super private as well. There’s really nothing to complain about and is easily one of our favorite listings. Cannelle was also welcoming and a friendly communicator. Would recommend that if you are driving, do consider parking briefly at an adjacent street to first do the check in so that you can get the parking remote to enter the private carpark. Really love this listing and definitely will return when we visit Auckland again!

Great location with a lovely view! The space was small but cozy—perfect for a comfortable stay. It was especially convenient having a washer and dryer on-site. Just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting around super easy. Nickie was very responsive and ready to help.

Bahareh was great host, she showed us around and let us know the ins and outs of her place and also let us know it was street full of families. Great place surrounded by nearby restaurants. Loved the open space and balcony area. I recommend this place for couples and small group of 2-4. Well kept place. Thank you again Bahareh for having us and our little family.

I had a fantastic stay at Amanda and her husband’s place in Auckland. The location was ideal, just a short walk to my course venue with easy transport and a great café downstairs for early starts. The apartment felt like home, spacious with beautiful views, and stayed warm and cozy. I loved the kitchen for prepping meals and the huge TV was perfect for relaxing at night. Amanda thought of everything, from a well-stocked pantry to my favorite Nespresso machine. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure, just like a hotel. A nearby local 4 Square had anything else I needed, though most essentials were already provided. I’m quite particular and this place exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay again if traveling solo. Highly recommended!

This place was in an amazing location with a beautiful view of the city and hills in the distance. Fiona had provided thorough instructions which made everything really easy. The condition and state of the property was pristine.

Pia’s place is incredible! Had a wonderful 10 days there. We really enjoyed the location on the beach, all the amenities in the hime and the beautiful sunrise views from the wall of windows. One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. Pia was amazing to work with - very responsive and attentive. Could not have asked for a better stay in New Zealand!

It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

This was a very enjoyable Airbnb experience for us. The unit was great - top floor, well furnished & clean as shown in the listing. The location was amazing - great view of the Sky Tower from the balcony, quiet neighbors, close enough to walk almost anywhere downtown. The host provided detailed info for arrival and communicated well with us in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
