Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Relax at Basilihof-Schwarzwald

Our farm is located in an idyllic, very quiet location, framed by meadows, fruit trees and forest and is ideal to simply let your soul dangle. Listen to the chirping of the birds and the chirping of the crickets and relax while watching our fallow deer. Diverse, varied hikes and mountain bike tours can be made directly from the farm or in the immediate vicinity. Premium and gourmet hiking trails invite you to tours in the region. Welcome to the Apartment Monolith. We greet you at 1000 meters located in the heart of the Black Forest. Only a few steps away from the forest and in the middle of nature, the barrier-free apartment offers a lot of space for relaxation, rest and get-together. Ideal for all who wants to spend a relaxing time in the middle of the Black Forest. In the Apartment Monolith you will live on 50 m², with a luxurious interior in a charming Black Forest style.

84 m² apartment on a farm in the Black Forest

Right next to the Gmeiner farm with cows, ponies, chickens, cat and dog is the beautiful apartment with 84 m², 5 beds in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a large open living and dining area with kitchen and large terrace. There are 2 more apartments in the house. Dogs are welcome. We charge 25 euros per stay. The municipality charges a tourist tax per day and guest from 16 years of 2.10 euros. This must be paid in cash.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

Charming Ferienhaus!

Relax in our charming vacation home. In addition to the friendly entrance area, the vacation home has a living and dining room with an open kitchen and sun terrace. A high-quality and fully equipped A built-in kitchen is at your disposal. The timeless bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Towels are available. The double bedroom, like the living area, has a smart TV. Wi-Fi, community games and an internet radio are provided.

Historic apartment near Europa-Park, fitness

Living in a unique setting: Half-timbered house in the historic old town of Mahlberg. Parts of the house are over 800 years old. Lovingly restored apartment with antique furniture. Wine-covered gazebo for breakfast in the morning sun. Sun loungers in the garden next to the rippling fountain invite you to relax. Wine cellar and large fitness cellar with separate access included.

Historic building of former train station

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Excursions to the Black Forest, Northern Alsace, Europa-Park or the Europabad are easily accessible from the property.
