Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with its own dock, swimming ladder and boat dock for a deep-water boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Wonderful apartment right by the water where you enjoy the view to the sea and amazing Käringön! The apartment has one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a loft bed of 120 cm and a 90 cm bed. In the kitchen/living room there is a double bed sofa bed. Bed linens and towels are not included! TV and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. It is the best of both worlds - sea and forest. 2 km to the sea and 5 km to Henån where shops, system companies, etc. The property has direct proximity to forest, trails and Orust's highest mountain. Silence and privacy. Good opportunities for walking, running, cycling tours and proximity to the rest of Bohuslän with everything it means. The cats Pipen and Leo live here, and also a small squad of chickens. Next to Signes lada is the host couple's residence house.
