The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Directly outside is parking and here you will also find the path down to the jetty and the sea. Sunset bench. Welcome!

The property consists of two flats with separate entrances of which this accommodation is the apartment upstairs. The apartment is a 2nd floor of about 40 sqm that is bright and fresh with sea view from the kitchen and bedroom. Adjacent to the apartment is a smaller courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. All amenities are available for a nice and quiet stay.

Gas grill, umbrella, access to your own beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Outdoors there is dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.
