The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Newly-built Attefall cabin with all the comforts and high speed wifi! In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Directly outside is parking and here you will also find the path down to the jetty and the sea. Sunset bench. Welcome!

Charming accommodation in the heart of Gamlestan with sea views

Charming newly renovated apartment in part of a house in the middle of Gamlestan, Northern harbor. Here you live with proximity to swimming, restaurants and boardwalk! The property consists of two flats with separate entrances of which this accommodation is the apartment upstairs. The apartment is a 2nd floor of about 40 sqm that is bright and fresh with sea view from the kitchen and bedroom. Adjacent to the apartment is a smaller courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. All amenities are available for a nice and quiet stay.

Relax in this unique and quiet space with the attached bathing jetty and Jacuzzi. Wake up with a panoramic sea view. Quiet area with proximity to the pulse of Mollösund. Large terrace overlooking the sea, there is also the jacuzzi and a fireplace. On the other side of the house there is a lovely lounge group with a modern upscale gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with two single beds. Two sofas are available, one in the tower and one in the living room.

Stugan

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Stay to yourselves with animals and nature just outside the corner. You will be staying on a small sheep farm with many animals that bring the landscape to life. Greet the herding dog Svante and meet our chickens and ducks who give us eggs. The whole farm breathes genuine countryside and stillness on an island that during the summer is seashed with life. The cottage is old, but freshly fixed with a tasteful mix of genuine countryside and some everyday luxury.

Mysigt parhus i Mollösund/Tången (Elbilsladdare)

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. A lake cabin built in 2023 for 4 people located right at the water's edge with your own dock, swimming ladder and boat place for in-depth boat. From living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.
