Between Uddevalla and Lysekil is this gem. The apartment is located in a separate building. With nature right next to the junction in a quiet and protected location. With private parking, and private patio on the deck, there is also a barbecue. Breakfast eggs can be bought from our chicken coop Fjäderboa. This quiet oasis is close to all the best places on the coast. Including popular Hafsten with e.g. high-altitude track and good swimming opportunities for the family. Smögen, Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil, Orust and Tjörn. All are within easy distance.

The exterior of the guest cottage is presented with dark siding and large windows. A wooden staircase leads up to a raised porch area, surrounded by mature trees. The setting offers a blend of nature and modern design, with ample space around the entryway.

Relax in our small, quiet guest house with all the amenities you need. Kitchen, bathroom and a small patio with a barbecue grill, under stately oaks. Large double bed and sofa bed in the same room. Short walk to a fantastic jetty for saltwater swimming and playing from the diving tower or crab fishing jetty. If you're in the mood for a restaurant or bar, there are some about a 15-minute drive away. Bed linens + towels can be booked for SEK 150/set. Final cleaning SEK 200. Welcome to this unique accommodation with fantastic sea views. Treat yourself to total relaxation with proximity to forest and sea. Walking/jogging just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. Proximity to many of the west coast's summer pearls such as Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. The accommodation is 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Torp shopping center and road E6. During the peak season, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, minimum 2 nights.

A scenic outdoor view showcases a calm waterway bordered by lush greenery and distant hills. Wooden decking extends towards the horizon, where a pair of chairs and a small table are positioned, inviting relaxation while enjoying the serene surroundings and clear skies.

Nice guest house of 25 sqm next to the main building with its own patio. The house consists of living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet, sleeping loft is available. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, microwave and fridge, access to freezer. Quiet location, about 100 meters to a public swimming area and just under 2 km to the center of Kungshamn. Parking is not possible at the house but you can load in and out of a car at the property.

Good location for those who want to fish for trout or why not for lobster fishing.
