The house offers all possible amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, TV etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely terrace or take a short walk down to the dock for a swim. Proximity to central to Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the immediate area there are many nice excursion destinations. You can get to Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän quickly and easily.

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with your own dock, bathing ladder and boat spot for deep boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in autumn :) The apartment has an amazing patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10km to Lysekils city centre. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).
