Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, microwave and fridge, access to freezer. Quiet location, about 100 meters to a public swimming area and just under 2 km to the center of Kungshamn. Parking is not possible at the house but you can load in and out of a car at the property.

The apartment has a unique location and is located in an old warehouse building along the strait by the docks. You have evening sun and a fantastic view of the strait and Hamburgö. The nearest store is 5 minutes by car. You need a car to easily get to different places and activities on Orust and Tjörn. Stenungsund is the nearest major city, about 15 minutes by car.
