This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.
