You will stay in a newly renovated and well-equipped 2-room apartment on 54 square meters in a friendly 2-family house. The apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the three Kaiserberge and nature right on your doorstep. Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station. 

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
