Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

Der Eigenhof liegt in der Nähe von Schwäbisch Gmünd, der ältesten Stauferstadt. Viele historische Sehenwürdigkeiten in Rems- und Kochertal sind schnell zu erreichen. The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

Our apartment "Green Idyll" is located on the 2nd floor on our former agricultural estate with old trees and invites you to relax and linger. Kirchberg Castle is 1.5 km away and within walking distance. A supermarket can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The Kocher-Jagst cycle path leads directly through Kirchberg. There is a bicycle parking space and numerous hiking opportunities directly from the apartment.
