Our house with large terrace is located on the outskirts of Bolsterlang/Sonderdorf, directly at the beginning of numerous beautiful hiking trails, bicycle and ski tours. No transit traffic. The lifts of the Hörnerbahn are easily accessible on foot and ideally suited for all levels of difficulty. We look forward to seeing guests who appreciate the Allgäu nature. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

You’ll love my place because of the small village setting, the view of the mountains from your window, the lovely hosts. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend summer, as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorbike tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course also classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached between 10 and 20 minutes.
