Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ostia

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

When we arrive it was easy to get in to the house, it look beautiful and super clean, it had everything you need, for a great stay, Alexandra was attentive and responsive when we communicated , thank you Alexandra for a wonderful stay I will recommend this place to everyone

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Un vero angolo di paradiso! Il giardino, curato nei minimi dettagli, regala un’atmosfera di assoluto relax, mentre la vasca idromassaggio è un autentico gioiello. Tutto è impeccabilmente pulito, e la comunicazione con l’host è stata sempre chiara e cortese. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e ci hanno illustrato con attenzione ogni comfort della casa. Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto preziosi consigli sulle attrazioni locali, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Se potessi, darei ben più di cinque stelle!

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

Stefano place is simply paradise, full of nature, serenity and convenience . We had opportunity to stay with our team to enjoy and group up our business achievements. I recommend Stefano place to all families, friends and business visitors to have great time.

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

What a lovely stay! This place looked exactly as pictured! I was hesitant to book because they didn’t have a lot of reviews, but I am so glad we chose to stay here. The villa is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need. The grocery store is a close walk, and the employees were lovely and helpful! The beaches near the villa are all very clean and nice, and not too busy (we travelled in September). Check in and out was easy and instructions were clear. We felt very safe here, the villa is private and well secured. The hot tub was an amazing additional feature, especially on one of our cloudier days. The table outside with the private garden was a lovely spot where we enjoyed breakfast and appetizers. It was nice to have our own private and secure parking spot as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to make memories in a beautiful, clean, private space.

We arrived in the rain and the hosts welcomed us by bring umbrellas to our car to keep us and our kids dry! We got clear instructions upon check in and the house is well stocked with cleaning products and food basics, the hosts even had bottled water chilling in the fridge for us. The pool is fantastic, our kids loved it, there is plenty for young children to enjoy, pool, slide, trampoline, football nets, table tennis. Good cafe about 2 minute walk away with lovely warm pastries at 8.30 every morning, decent pizza places on the main town and a beach about a mile away. Hosts were fantastic, so friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and we had the best time. It felt like home. So relaxing, surrounded by fruit trees and a quiet neighborhood and a house equipped with everything we needed while also beautifully furnished. Such clean bathrooms and rooms. Monica was so responsive and kept guiding us when needed. I would always return here. Thanks Monica.

A perfect escape from the heat in Rome! The pool was perfect and Fabio was very helpful in whatever we needed and even arranged a taxi for us to go to the Nemi strawberry festival nearby. We will be back for sure :)
