Beautiful and peaceful stay. place was clean and had almost everything that we needed. Would definitely go again.

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

I’m so happy that we found this farmhouse in the country. Conveniently located with a beautiful setting . We were even given fresh farm eggs. I wish we were able to do more hiking, but the weather was not in our favor. Best of all we could bring our fur baby with us . If I was coming up to this area again, I would be more than happy to stay there again. The House was extremely clean. It’s a farmhouse so yes, I had to get rid of a few wasps but that’s expected.

Had an amazing time staying at the property! The views are breathtaking and space is something you have to see for yourself! We had a small wedding of 50 people and amos accommodated us completely! We will never forget our stay! I would give this a 1 million star if I could!!

Lady Viola is a super charming Victorian home. We were very pleased with our stay. The home was clean, spacious and accurately described. The window AC in the bedrooms was a pleasant surprise as the weather was much warmer than expected. The location is super as you can walk to anything downtown. While the landscaping is a bit grown up the yard is very spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host is very responsive. Great short stay for business. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the beautiful and eclectic style of the home, definitely a wonderful family experience! It was clean, comfortable, a great location and very easy to settle in for our family of 10!

We have been looking forward to our stay at this cabin for weeks. We needed to unplug and we got just that. It was a rainy weekend but that made the area more magical. The house is so beautiful , loved the nice art sprinkled all over the house including a lovely picture of the waterfalls behind the property which can be heard from the house! everything was clean and very homie! and we got a ton of suggestions for things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

We had a great time during our stay! The indoor pool was the real highlight—clean, well-maintained, and the surround sound music made it extra fun. The entire property was spotless and clearly well cared for. We even enjoyed S’mores at the outdoor fire pit. Chantale and Toni were incredibly accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

This is my second stay at Melinda and Kim’s Airbnb. They are the most wonderful hosts, and the place is beautiful and comfy. Melinda goes above and beyond with everything she does.

This was our second stay at Breezy Meadows. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location. One of these days we’ll come in the summer so we can take advantage of the pond, fire pit and trails. Inside is really nice, wonderfully decorated and has what you need. If you come in colder weather, don’t forget your slippers!

The brick house at Eagle Ridge Farm was a great home base for us to spend a long weekend in the Catskills. The place was well kept, with a comfy bed, and a great view out the windows. Scenic, but only a few minutes from Arkville and Margaretville, where there are great options for food and drink! We were also recommended great hikes by the host. Would happily stay again!

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

It’s been a little over a week since we stayed here and I cannot stop thinking about it. The pictures in this listing are beautiful but the space is even more incredible in person. I also spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and taking in the view of the mountains - so peaceful! The attention to detail here is unmatched. From check in to checkout, everything is very clear. Communication was great. The guidebook is thorough. And, again, the space really is so well done. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings even indoors. Highly recommend!

The house is spacious and has four bedrooms, which really hosts a large family. It is very clean when checking in. Some amenities and utilities have age but they are super well maintained. I highly recommend this place if you just would like to have a stay when traveling in upper NY.

We were looking for a place to stay near our son in Ballston Lake and this one stood out. Historic and unique home. Beth was a great host, very responsive to any communication. The place met our needs and had a nice view of the Mohawk River in the back yard. Just be aware they are right on a highway so there is a lot of traffic noise, and there are 2-3 apartments in the place as well. But overall that was well described and expected and ear plugs worked just fine. Thanks for sharing your home Beth!

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend, '25. Wanted a quiet getaway for the four of us: my wife and myself, plus our adult daughter and our high school aged daughter. This property delivered. Quiet mix of woodlands and farm. Babbling brook right outside the back door. And it was a short drive to Delhi, which was a lovely little town.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s very spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need. The property is large and beautiful, with stunning views and even a pond on-site. Everything is convenient and thoughtfully arranged — from the cozy fireplace to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The place feels both comfortable and private. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and would love to come back again. Truly a perfect getaway in nature!

We had an amazing stay! The property is just as described and was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the record player while playing games by the fire! Charlene responded to my messages promptly and was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit too! This property is in a good location! Secluded but a close enough drive to Herkimer Diamond mine which is what brought us to the area. Hoping to be back in the future to explore some more! We will stay here again if ever in the area! This place is beautiful. Host is very responsive and helpful. I will say the road to get up to the house is very steep so be prepared. Otherwise all was great and would highly recommend staying here.

For price the place was great. Location for us was perfict I have spent 75 plus years in the area. If you like solatude its perfect. For a veiw walk the road down towards the pond then make a left and follow the power line to the crest of the hill over looking the western end of the Catskills. Place could use a few more plates and smaller bowls for A cerial breakfast. Place is perfect for 5 but can sleep 6. I would stay here again. .

My children and I stayed over the weekend for my Graduation in Oneonta, NY. It was only 15 minutes from town, serene, beautiful views. My boys played in the back yard even though it rained. The cabin is so comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed it and will come back another time for sure!

This is a lovely cabin, very cozy and nicely decorated. Beautiful surroundings and the view amazing. It was easy to check in and we were greeted with cookies and eggs from the farm up the road. Very nice! And we loved the little kids play nook! Communication with the host was great and she was very responsive. The two beds were comfortable but the futons were not. We had to have the kids sleep on the two futons due to the size of our group and thought it would be ok but I don't think those futons should be considered for sleeping. They were very hard and the surface was not even. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this cabin.

Rena was an amazing host we were running a bit late to check in due to car problems she was very caring and always responded quickly. Checking in and out was super easy. Her place is beautiful and peaceful. Even though it rained during our stay the place still looked amazing! The sounds of nature were soothing, and the views were breathtaking. At night the stars looked remarkable. My girlfriend and I will never forget The Roost. Thank you for having us rena. We really appreciated how understanding and responsive you were during our stay. I will recommend your place to my family and friends! 11/10 rating.
