Tent holiday accommodation in Ottawa River

The location in the woods, the energy in the place and Claudia's vibe are unique! I had a great time all the time.

Claudia's place is very special. Great energy, great people and lots of beautiful forested land. A real Ontario gem with people who really care!

Friendly Host and great place.

I had an amazing stay at the Levitation Tent, surrounded by a beautiful water stream and trees, very private but close enough to enjoy other scenery, activities and amenities and access to the main road. Is near by but not bothersome. It’s a true hidden gem! The hosts and people there were most accommodating and helpful with making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Truly outstanding team and camping experience in beautiful Mattawan!

I can’t say enough positive things about Jen & Tzach and staff!! What an incredible hard working approachable team. Nature’s harmony will always hold a place in my heart & mind for that Im so grateful. Thanks agains for inviting me to apart of the second sweat lodge and the elders who lead it. Such a powerful spiritual healing experience that I would recommend to many others. Until next time friends. Looking forward to the next chapter together!

The tent and accommodations were perfect to spend the night in after a long days ride on motorcycles! The hosts were very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know for our stay. It was a colder night, but the beds and comforters were very warm and cozy! :)

Stayed with Slyvie for my partners birthday and it was the most splendid weekend away!! We can’t thank her enough for the beautiful space and for coming to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Would definitely book again and recommend for anyone who may be wanting to try a different camping experience!!

Amazing experience! we had our own privet place surounded by trees, every tent is a bit far from the eather the perfect way to give you enough privacy. making a little fire at night and looking at the stars will be something thar will never be forgoten especially the river view with all the trees right behind! that is just a couple of steps from the tent. it gets cold at night but they have all the equipement you need to stay warm. Overal this place really deserves a five star! I tried it in Fall and loved it! will tried again in summer once I get a chance.

Beaver Bluff was incredible!! every detail was perfect, and the photos truly reflect the stunning reality. This place is simply unreal! Your corner of the world is beautiful and made our anniversary special and unforgettable.

Very nice experience that this place, we had a pleasant night in the heart of nature. Now, the Airbnb description deserves to be a little fuller and more accurate. we suspected it but the wifi is not available in the tents but in a specific place (and relatively far) from the tents. At the same time, it should be specified that there is no electricity in the tents, and on the entrance to the site cannot be done at any time in the evening. After that, despite that, we really loved our stay

Absolutely magical glamping experience! We stayed for 2 nights in the tent and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Dan was a wonderful host—welcoming us personally and offering great recommendations for exploring Algonquin Park. We instantly felt surrounded by peace, nature, and comfort. The tent was beautifully set up: clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. We used the BBQ area both nights—it was such a treat to grill under the stars. The fire pits and picnic lawn added to the charm and made the evenings even more relaxing. We loved the location—it’s just minutes from Algonquin Park and Dwight Beach, making it perfect for hiking and unwinding by the water. Bonus: There’s a beautiful river flowing near the Airbnb—a peaceful spot perfect for relaxing and soaking in the natural surroundings. We will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful just as described! Definitely an experience. Would recommend bringing a heater or extra comforters in the fall- it was extremely cold the night we stayed. Some furniture is a little run down and could be replaced.

Beautiful serene location. Hosts were responsive and site was great. Getting our gear to the site was a bit challenging, the terrain was quite rough and the cart tipped over a couple times - would bring bungees next time. Was worth it, a gorgeous spot!

Had to make a last second booking to see the eclipse because of weather. We are glad we found Amanda's place. She was super responsive! We had no problem finding her place and it was so peaceful there. Great views of the mountains also. There is nothing to critique with this airbnb. Place is as described ✅️ Host is accommodating ✅️ Price is fair ✅️

We love the place and all of us had a great time. The host is approchable his always around and its easy to communicate with anything you want to know or need for your stay..and also the place is safe.👍👍👍

Camped out for the eclipse. It was last minute so thankful for finding anything, though it was obviously expensive given the circumstances. Amanda was very nice and a great host.

Amanda was warm and welcoming - meeting her was a highlight of my trip!
