The 1400 square ft pool house comfortably sleeps 6 with a private pool & hot tub and plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The pool house is located on 1 1/2 acres in an upscale neighborhood . We live in the main house. Our property is very quiet, secluded, and walled. Plenty to do, including pool table, darts, horseshoes, games, etc.

The huge desert landscaped yard is a beautiful place to swim, have a fire, play giant Jenga, roast marshmallows, relax, read, play horseshoes, cornhole or darts, & enjoy amazing stargazing at night. The cottage is large, comfortable, & designed to make you feel right at home.

Centrally located near Death Valley, Speedway, and PrairieFire training range visitors. Five minutes away from central Pahrump and about 50 minutes to Las Vegas. Your 4 bedroom stay offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining options in a dining room, kitchen nook, or kitchen counter. There are 6 beds that comprise of 1 king, 2 queen, 2 singles and a queen size sofa bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The back patio offers a spa, eating table, and fire pit.
