Outside: large veranda overlooking cultivated land, private parking, and our beloved wood-fired oven to prepare pizzas or bread with friends. We are halfway between the sea and the town, in a quiet but accessible area. Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for an authentic, relaxing and genuine experience.

The house, 45 square meters, consists of a double bedroom, a room with a single bed, a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower; the house has direct access to the garden, with a dining area and a barbecue for exclusive use. The large garden and swimming pool are shared with guests from the other houses on our estate. Upon request, we organize traditional Sicilian gastronomy experiences, to cook together and experience Sicilian conviviality.

The house is located in the countryside surrounded by a large park shared with the other houses on the property, with centuries-old plants. The house consists of 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 2nd double bedroom with double bed and a single bed; a living room-kitchen, second bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking the gulf where you can dine while admiring the sunset. The houses are very rustic and simply furnished. The bedrooms have air conditioning.

Comfortable cottage inside a wonderful residence equipped with a swimming pool (open June 14 - closing September 15) for children and adults, tennis court, soccer, ping pong, bocce court... all this surrounded by lots of greenery! Built and constructed on the famous coast of Calarossa, a tourist area a few kilometers from Palermo airport. The village of Terrasini offers everything and more... from good food to incredible places to dive into crystal clear waters.

The house is very rustic, the furnishings are very simple but functional, maintaining the charm of the old country house. Nothing is perfect, but it retains the charm of the house of yesteryear. The house has its own outdoor space with a barbecue.

Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.
