We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house with six friends. The location is incredibly convenient, with a great restaurant right in the square. This made our dining experience effortless and enjoyable. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. It provided the perfect setting for us to relax and spend quality time together. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

Mekan belirtildiği gibi hemen denizin dibinde. Koca koyda 6-7 tane ev olduğu ve ticari bir işletme olmadığı için oldukça mahrem bir konumda. En yakın denize girenler 50 60 m uzakta oluyor, o da denk gelirse. Herkesin evinin dibi olduğu için kimse sürekli sahilde olmuyor zaten. Ev sahibinin annesi ve babası alt katta kalıyorlar. Çok canayakın ve yardımseverler. Mekanın içi yeni yapılmış. Banyolar ve eşyalar yeni. Mutfağın balkonda olması çok güzel. Sıcaktan bunalmadan işinizi görüyorsunuz. Deniz tertemiz. Taşlı bir sahili var. Kum bulaştı muhabbeti yok. Deniz ayakkabısı ile daha rahat edilir tabi. Mahremiyet ve sessizlik arıyorsanoz doğru yer. Restoranlar, bakkal market 15 20 dakika uzaklıkta.

Son dakikada rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen Ray bizim için her şeyi hazır etmişti. Eve geldiğinizde bizi güler yüzle karşılayıp gerekli bilgilendirmeyi yaptı. Ayrıca restaurantlar ve gezilecek yerler ile alakalı faydalı önerilerde de bulundu ve bu bilgileri unutmayalım diye tek tek mesajla gönderdi. Hazırladığı karşılama sepeti ve atıştırmalıklar ile şarapta enfesti. Gerçekten bizim için işleri çok kolaylaştırdı. Evin konumu ve manzarası ise mükemmeldi. Buraya gelecek bütün arkadaşlarımı kesinlikle bu eve yönlendireceğim. İleride tekrar burada konaklayacağımdan eminim. Her şey içşn çok teşekkürler Ray.

Ev sahipleri çok tatlı çok yardımseverlerdi, kaldığımız yer merkezi denilebilecek konumdaydı her yere çok kolay ulaşım sağladık.Ahmet amca giderken bize bayramlık zeytinyağımızı bile verdi yolumuz düştüğünde tekrar uğrayacağımız bir yer 🙏🏻

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this beautifully restored traditional house on the edge of Plomari. It’s a very short walk into the village and down to the harbour, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops, and a great supermarket. There are also a couple of bakeries. The town is fascinating, both for its architecture and the layout of the little streets that climb the hill on both sides of the river. There are also a number of beaches (pebble) within walking distance, or just a short drive away. The hosts (Sally and Henry) were very friendly and helpful and have made something very special with this renovation. The interior is just as pretty, light and airy as in the photos, with much careful attention paid to the little decor details. The view from the terraces is also wonderful. You do have to walk the last 100 metres through a path along the garden to reach the house, but it’s definitely worth it! We can only recommend this house. It’s a true gem.

I stayed with a friend, and it was wonderful. The place is picturesque, and you can clamber down to the sea and swim right there. Towels and sheets were provided, as well as some basic things like tea, everything super clean and lovely. There are insect nets in the windows, great. The room with the bunkbeds is between living room / master bedroom and bathroom, but it can be accessed via the terrace, a workaround that worked just fine for us. The charm of the place is that it is so remote, in a beautiful spot without any sign of tourists. All in all it was terrific! Thank you Ioannis!

Stelios’s place at Mantamados is a real village home, renovated, cozy with lots of spaces to keep your stuff away during your stay. Huge closet & lots of drawers & this real stone old school built outside that makes you feel like you belong there. The small patio outside is perfect for breakfast & an ouzaki at night! I completely recommend it & would definitely go back! My baby boy also enjoyed sleeping at the living room space. Really great accommodation!!!

Probably this villa is the best choice for the stay with a group in Mytilini. Villa was clean, and has really wide rooms, lots of opportunities as bike, cano, bbq, perfect backyard, and just 3 meter to sea in a very calm neighbor. One welcome pack with the ouzo, coffee,snacks and local foods already prepared for us. All rooms has a good AC. Thank you for the Katerina for everything, especially for hospitality and good communication. We really recommend here and looking forward for next stay there.
