The attic apartment is located in a new settlement 10 min. Walking distance from center. The apartment with its own access is quietly located and has basic amenities to feed yourself. Beautifully clean and equipped with modern technology. A washing machine for longer stays is also there so you can wash. A few small things in the outside area are not ready yet, as the settlement itself is newly built and still under construction, but it does not bother because the essentials are available to have a cozy stay. Lida is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach if you have any questions and check-in as well as check-out are very straightforward My parents who were there to visit were very satisfied. Very clean, tidy place that keeps what it promises. Check in and check out by codes very flexible and easy. Travel tips are helpful. Eugene always reachable :) We were also able to take the honey with us as a souvenir thanks to online payment 👍🏻

The apartment is in a great location for restaurants in Trostberg or also to Lake Chiemsee. We did a sailing class, so we were barely in the apartment, actually just for sleeping. For us it was perfect - we had everything we needed for 4 days: comfy bed, warm shower and nearby restaurants and Lake Chiemsee. We would come back.

Maria’s place was wonderful – clean, cozy, and exactly as described. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
