Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Palm Desert

Our stay was perfect for a relaxing weekend in the desert! The kitchen and the rest of the house was well prepared with supplies including lots of kitchen utensils, floaties, and towels. We will most definitely book another stay here in the future!

This place was a dream! The guest house was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything you could need and more. Joe was amazing from start to finish! The pool is like a resort. So private and peaceful, we spend most of our time outdoors. I would highly recommend this property and will for sure be coming back again!

The house is very lovely, and the pool area is great. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired. Check-in was easy and response time was perfect. There was a bit of uncertainty about music/noise outside; there were signs in the house that seemed a little contradictory to the mention of outdoor music in the posting, and we booked in Desert Hot Springs to specifically to have some outdoor music. Overall we were very comfortable in the house, although didn’t like being as far from downtown Palm Springs so would probably try to stay in PS next time.

We LOVED our stay at Pineapple Palms! Elaine was a great host- very responsive, clear and accommodating. The home was perfect for our group of 7 (two families with 4yo and 6yr). Each room had a king bed and smart TV. We loved the layout of the home and never felt cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for any cooking needs, including cute ribbed glassware, coupes and even insulated wine tumblers for the pool! We traveled in early June and were fine not heating the pool (water probably around 80 and air 100). Plenty of pool towels were provided and there are so many places to hang out outside. We were a little nervous about the PS noise ordinance and the kids playing outside but it was no issue- we were always in way before 10pm after a full day in the sun. Overall we were obsessed with Pineapple Palms and decided it will be the only place to stay for our future PS trips!

This was an amazing stay for a long weekend. Very comfortable and spacious. Had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend

Great house in Twin Palms neighborhood. Just as described and pictured. One of the best stocked kitchens of any vacation rental we have stayed in for appliances, cookware, etc. Excellent grill off the kitchen with plenty of room for prep and cooking. Fantastic pool and spa make it hard to leave the property. Owner and property manager were easy to communicate with. I had a few questions throughout our stay and got prompt responses. We would definitely come back to this property when staying in Palm Springs.

Quiet and perfect for a small family.

Loved this Airbnb, will definitely be coming back soon. We stayed here from Friday-Sunday & the host Jeff let us stay a extra day (checkout Monday) for free. That was really nice of him, no other host has ever given me a extra day to stay for free, so that was a great surprise. & honestly was such a life saver because we were so exhausted from attending Coachella (first time attending). This Airbnb was super close to the venue (20 minutes or less). & it was sooo beautiful!! They have so many pools (7 pools) and great amenities.

Karen was always responsive and the crew was very helpful with recommendations on things to see. Very clean, peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

It was lovely staying in Michael and Robert’s place for the Coachella weekend. They were really responsive and helpful with all our questions and made the check-in process very easy. The unit was a lot bigger than we expected and right by the shuttle, which was really convenient to get to and from the festival. The photos don’t do it any justice to how big and comfortable the stay was.

Nick’s place was clean, comfortable, had a wonderful view on the patio of the golf course. It has a microwave too. He was very responsive and helpful! Location was super convenient for Coachella as well.

Very nice and clean villa for 2 families with a toddler and dog each! The 2 separate rooms on either side of the shared living area was very convenient. The pool and community amenities are nice- almost feels like resort living! Host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

SAFE, CLEAN, Quiet & SLEEPS GREAT. As a solo female traveler, safety is my first concern. I was between work conferences, and Nathalie's casita was the perfect affordable place to stay near Palm Springs. It is SO CLEAN and well stocked. The linens and bedding are high quality, and the bed is fantastic. The extra touches made me feel like I was staying with friends (without the obligation of speaking to anyone!) I did not use the pool but enjoyed reading a book poolside. I walked in the neighborhood for exercise and to the local Juice Bar and grocery store. There are a few restaurant options within walking distance, and I always felt safe. It's a short Uber to downtown Palm Springs and the Tram (buy tickets in advance; it fills up!) My favorite things were the oversized tile shower with rainfall shower, the comfy bed, linens, and towels. Equal or better than Marriott. The entry and exit instructions and Nathalie's good communication are excellent. This is a place to return to again.

Scott’s place was perfect for our group of 7 for the weekend! The place was clean, well put together and had plenty of amenities. There happened to be a scheduled power outage one of the days we were there, but Scott was straightforward about it before the weekend and had great communication throughout it all. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Excellent stay, very proactive and responsive hosts. Just far enough out of town to feel private, but close enough to palm springs to "go out". The cabin itself was SUPER neat.

Fantastic getaway in the mountains, next to a babbling brook, with everything you could want. Just a quick trip down to the village but far enough away that it was super quiet. I'd been dreaming of an A frame with giant windows and a patio overlooking the trees and this was exactly it. That, plus the bonus of a cozy place to watch movies and hang out inside. It was my first trip to Idyllwild and I hope to come back again to stay here.

Beautiful home with convenient access to JTNP. Furnishings were very comfortable throughout the property, and had most amenities you'd need. Limited bowls & pans in the kitchen for those wanting to cook, otherwise pretty well stocked. Was hoping for better stargazing, but the home is a little too close to "city" lights (Yucca Valley). Although there are a couple neighboring homes, it still felt very private and not too close to anyone. Google maps made it easy to find, but be prepared for a bumpy road (a higher vehicle is probably recommended but not required). Overall it was a great landing pad for 5 nights and would recommend to a single traveler or couple.

A stunning, stylish home. We were specifically looking for a place without a hot tub to avoid chlorine, and the beautiful soaking tubs here were a total gem. The location was fantastic — it feels wonderfully secluded, yet local cafés and shops are just minutes away. We absolutely loved our stay and truly regretted not booking for longer.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Wavy Pines cabin. We were so happy to find a pet-friendly home that we could bring our whippet to share the fun with. Our dog had a blast going up and down the stairs and exploring all the smells outside and experiencing his first snow! The neighborhood was so serene and quiet, we felt so relaxed and it was an easy, short walk to a national forest trail that our dog also enjoyed very much. The town is only a few mins drive away which had restaurants and grocery stores so we were short of nothing during our stay. We look forward to staying again during our next trip to Idyllwild someday!
