Booked Alwz place at the last minute for a Father's Day getaway for my man, and I miat say it was just great!! When we walked in we were welcomed with a clean, beautiful, and great smelling condo. Cleanliness and smell matters to me! Also, the view of the ocean was breathtaking! You are on the beach and to hear and see the waves crashing while sitting on the patio was so serene. Alex was very engaging informing us on everything up until the day we left, very responsive and so nice. No issues, just a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the store or for food. We would definitely stay again. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

Such a great location, everything was easy to get to. Very clean, well decorated condo with walking distance to many things. We were provoded with everything we needed. Host was super friendly, accommodating and very responsive.

We have stayed at several condos at the Sunbird, and this was our favorite! We loved the open floor plan and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The condo was very clean and the views were amazing!

Great place to stay. Room was clean and neat when we arrived. Carla is a great host and was very prompt on responses.

Great place to stay, only downfall is the elevators were being worked on during our stay so some of them weren’t working part of the time. But definitely nothing that would keep me from staying here again!

I loved our time here. Panhandle was very responsive with any questions I had. There is a pet fee you can pay through airbnb or you can call panhandle and resolve it over the phone! Other than that, my kitties had an amazing time! Great way to spend the week! Thank you!!

This was a beautiful condo in an awesome location. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to make for a perfect beach weekend. Thanks Chip for your hospitality!

Trent was a great host we arrived a little early Trent got us in quickly check in was great and easy. the place looks just like the pictures. very short walk to the beach everything you could want for a day at the beach was at the condo to use. the pool was great right next to the condo. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed this beachfront condo and all the amenities it had to offer. We traveled with our small dog, I emailed proof of vaccinations and completed guest registration before our arrival which made check in quick and easy. The condo was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient. Lois was a great host and responded quickly to our questions. We will definetly stay here again next time we visit PCB!

While I’m sure it wasn’t the owner themselves but when we checked in I don’t think the floors had been cleaned as it was sandy and gritty from day one. Loved the place but this will be the last stay we have at tidewater. The elevators are ridiculous and parking across the street was a challenge. Couldn’t unload on 2 or ever get anywhere near the walkway so every departure was quite an effort. Beautiful place and friendly owners

This was exactly what my husband and I were looking for! We wanted a few days of vacation on the beach, and this fit the bill perfectly. Everything was as described, and the host was very communicative. She provided a new coffee maker within a half hour of me telling her it wasn’t working and sent us some delicious restaurant suggestions when I told her the provided link wasn’t working. She also sent a different link which worked great. We had a great experience from the moment we booked until we left!

We are so happy we found this place last minute. It was so cute and just what we needed. It was clean, decorated cute and simple, and the balcony view was perfect. Communication was excellent!

Beautiful beach stay! Our group really loved our stay at Marisol. This unit was beautiful, clean, and had a gorgeous view of the beach. It was so perfect that some afternoons we chose not to go down to the beach at all and just enjoy the luxury of our balcony!
