On a 6000sqm large forest plot stands our completely renovated hunting house (70sqm) with a cozy kitchen, three small bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms are individually accessible and lockable via the surrounding balcony. Each room has heating. In addition to modern kitchen appliances, oven, stove, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, there is a wood stove, a long dining table with a corner bench and all kitchen accessories to supply 6 people.

Your time off: short trip to the countryside, weekend house

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
