Great accommodation, everything clean, organized. We bought breakfast items at a nearby grocery store. The place had an electric pan, coffee maker, sandwich maker and minibar. Impeccable shower. Inside the condominium itself there were some restaurant options. Close to shopping with a variety of stores. We will definitely return. The host, Gabriel, also made us feel very comfortable.

The house is very beautiful and it was extremely clean. Impeccable kitchen with plenty of utensils, including for barbecue. Bathrooms with good size and everything working perfectly. We'll definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I couldn't have found a better place to spend the holiday!!! The apartment is extremely cozy and equipped, and very organized. We were surprised by the amount of utensils the flat provides, from air fryer to coffee powder. In addition, Erica and her husband are very receptive and helpful. We'll be back for sure!!!

Simply impeccable! The apartment is exactly as advertised — clean, well-equipped, comfortable and decorated with impressive good taste. You can see that the hostess thought of every detail with affection. The stay was wonderful from start to finish, with a highlight also for the delicious coffee she runs on the ground floor of the building: cozy, well served and with excellent service. I saw a previous comment that was quite exaggerated and, frankly, it seems that the person mistook accommodation for therapy. Nothing that was mentioned corresponds to the reality we found - on the contrary, we had a quiet, welcoming stay with all the necessary support. I recommend it with my eyes closed and, if possible, I will return other times!

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! My husband and I stayed in Juliana's apartment and we have nothing but praise. We were greeted with a note and treats, a special affection upon arrival. She responded promptly to our messages, was flexible with the check-out and the entire apartment space served us very well. In the surroundings, within a two-minute walk, we find markets, bakeries, pharmacies, all nearby. Even on Saturday, there was a fruit and vegetable fair, etc. inside the condominium itself. We went for a walk to see the Arraiá do Amor at the Exhibition Park in Itaipava, it's not close to go on foot, but by Uber in 10 min or if you go by car it's super easy. In general, we love everything! We will definitely return at a next chance!

Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! A beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even air fryer! She pays attention to the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid kit with a blood pressure monitor! In one of the rooms, she made sure to leave comics and games like Uno and dominoes, as well as a blanket specifically for children. I found a wealth of details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family setting. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll definitely be back!

Our stay was excellent. The house is just like the description and the photos. The location is very pleasant and the condominium in which it is located has a great structure, in addition to being safe. Everything was very clean and organized. Márcia welcomed us at check-in with great kindness and introduced the whole house. Andréia attended to us and took care of the house organization, cleaning and cooking during the stay. Our group was large, the house was full, but we were very well taken care of by Andreia and her daughter. Excellent! Thank you!

Our stay at this home was simply wonderful! Since the time of arrival, we have been greeted with great attention and cordiality. The host was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed, which made us very calm. House is exactly like in pictures, or even better! All very clean, organized and with a cozy decoration that made us feel at home. The house is great, large, well-equipped and very cozy. The pool area is delicious, the sauna works very well. The ability to choose to make meals inside or outside the house was a pleasant surprise, adding even more to the stay. It is an excellent house for groups. Ana Paula is a great host, communication was quick and clear. I also thank Faby, who gave us all the coordinates of the house and is a friendliness of the person.

You won't even want to leave the property to go for a walk! But there is a local shop nearby that is very charming and offers options for buying basic goods, as well as restaurants and stores.
