The apartment's strong points are the space, the location and the view. The price could be a little lower. But we understand the proposal because it is a historic building and an apartment also with historical value. Some parts were under construction but did not make the accommodation unfeasible. The host is fully available to answer questions, help with technical problems and is very friendly. Get ready to open the front balcony door and get thrilled by the view of the lake. Good for large families and beautiful hikes in the surrounding area, with pharmacy, bakery and barbecue services nearby, being possible to access on foot. Located at the entrance to Petrópolis, Quitandinha is very close to the historic center by car. We'll be back for sure! I recommend it.

It was my first time in Petrópolis. And this accommodation was a find! I found the right person and the right place at the right time. It was all amazing. Wagner's support and treatment raised the level of the experience. I felt as if I had been talking to a friend. Very helpful, an incredible energy, willing to help. The fourth then, my God!!! My friends and I felt at home. Limpo, spacious, thought to every detail. There were 3 of us, we were able to settle down and live PEACEFULLY. An impeccable view of the Lake, a few minutes walking to the famous Lago Sul steakhouse. Outside the experience that happens in Quintandinha itself. We don't even have to go far to have a good time, just go down the elevator and have: swimming pool, bowling, restaurants, coffee shops. Only satisfaction! We already have where to return, who to count on and we will indicate a lot!

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

The location is unbeatable, with all the main attractions, restaurants, museums, and downtown just a short walk away. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. A wonderful place, Quitandinha is a dream for those who like nostalgic places. Everything is very clean and organized and the view from the room is amazing. We love the experience. Carla is extremely kind and ready to help. It was very worth it!

The house is in a condominium where we have to go through a doorman/gate to enter. The location is excellent and in a very tranquil place. The host provided bedding for the cold and we also got firewood for the fireplace from the caretaker. We were in a group of 6 people and the accommodation served us very well for what we needed. Perhaps the only point we could have talked about better is the bath towels, but we managed to fix it.

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. Mr. Willen is very cordial, and always ready to answer our questions. We were delighted with the place. We can only thank you 🙏

Magic Place! Super quiet, quiet and with a lot of contact with nature. The chalet was even more beautiful than in the pictures. All directions on how to get there were clear and I didn't have any issues. I had a good time and would come back for sure!

We were in a group of 3 couples and 3 children and were very well received by the house staff. The listing photos are accurate. The house is beautiful and very well decorated, it is on top of a mountain with an exuberant view. The place is quiet and safe, as it is inside a condominium with security. The city of Areal is a 20-minute drive and there is a BRAMIL supermarket, I recommend bringing the main items from your city, compared to the prices in RJ, in Areal the bill is more expensive. Inside the house there is no lack of structure, all rooms with air-conditioning, good and soft beds, well-equipped kitchen. We felt at home during our stay!

The apartment is great. Aconchegante and everything you need to spend the weekend. The electronic lock is very practical, you don't have to worry about carrying keys. Julio, the owner, gave us all the instructions for use of the apartment and was always on standby to answer the messages. Very friendly. The condominium is delicious. It has a restaurant, pool, sauna and hot pool area, natural water duchon, river that runs beside, courts.... Anyway, a great option to spend as a family.

I've been on the platform for a few years and this was certainly the best experience. David is extremely attentive and proactive. Made us feel absolutely at home. The place is fantastic and delivers a little of the history of Brazil. Walking around Quitandinha is a beautiful entertainment in itself. Impeccable bathroom, comfortable bed, cleanliness, comfort. Still overlooking the famous lake. The experience was 100% positive!

Evaluation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location of the apartment is just great! It is very close to the main tourist spots of Petrópolis, such as the Crystal Palace, the Princess Isabel House and the Cathedral – you can do everything on foot with tranquility. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean and organized, which made all the difference in the stay. The hostess was super attentive and gave me all the support I needed. I really enjoyed the experience, I definitely recommend it and would go back without thinking twice!
