Amazing place! WHAT TO EXPECT? A comfortable house, for 6 people easily. Comfortable bedrooms. The apartment is close to beautiful waterfalls, and inside the condominium there is a private waterfall, a restaurant, swimming pools, and saunas. Quiet place. I'll definitely be back.

Great place to rest with the family and with great places nearby to enjoy. For couples it is also an excellent option. Extremely romantic climate.

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

The apartment is very well located in a quiet and pleasant environment with many amenities. Nicole and Elder provided several treats such as coffee capsules, coffee powder, sugar and other things. Small kitchen with all the essentials that allows you to prepare a small meal. I highly recommend the apartment.

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! I stayed in the small suite and liked it very much. Clean, organized, all new, comfortable bed. Lia is thinking of the smallest details to make the stay enjoyable. Near all the restaurants and shopping malls, I practically didn't use the car for anything. An obs: visitors' car seats are on a first come first order, so it is possible that it arrives and there is no vacancy, you will have to park somewhere else to wait.

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

The space of dona Anilza is exactly as described. Very quiet, quiet, safe condominium. The house is clean and functional. The hosts are great. I recommend it!

It was wonderful to disconnect from the urban routine and immerse yourself in the tranquility of Miguel Pereira. The accommodation is simple but extremely comfortable, and the affection of the owner, along with the welcoming energy of children and animals, makes all the difference. We had the unique opportunity to accompany the care of a complete vegetable garden, as well as interacting with chickens, dogs and the rich local fauna. Tucanos, squirrels, jacus and even a teihu crossed our path, making the experience even more special. The balcony, surrounded by the treetops, provided moments of pure serenity during breakfast and late afternoons. The owner of the house knew how to balance hospitality with respect to our privacy, which made us really feel at home. We were also fortunate enough to visit the Dinosaur Park and the city's coffee and chocolate fair, which were enchanting experiences. We returned renovated, with good memories and a desire to return to this special place.

The house is wonderful. Ample indoor and outdoor space, with fruit trees, with a delicious river that runs down the property. Relexar hearing the sound of the river and the birds was wonderful. The kitchen is quite complete, with all the utensils you need to prepare any type of food. Great for children, has many games, books, comics and an extensive collection of DVDs. The decoration of the house is the high point. On the walls there are film posters produced by Lorena. I intend to return at other times.

welsley's house is exactly like in the pictures. a very charming and well-planned rustic house. otima for a period of 2 bedrooms, 1 being suite, upstairs, and a living room, bathroom and kitchen downstairs, plus a great outdoor area with a kitchen and barbecue to keep the mess out of the house. In addition, the land has 2 other suites for rent if they want to increase the group, which was great for us to spend the holiday with the whole family.

Our stay at Thereza's house was wonderful. The place is beautiful and the house has everything you need. The women who work at the site were very kind and receptive. Not to mention that the food was delicious. When I needed it, Thereza promptly answered me. We had difficulty arriving at the site due to a post that blocked the path, but since there are other entrances the access was easy since Thereza quickly guided us what to do. The view is truly amazing and has many leisure options inside the house. The house has generator and ice machine, which was a grateful surprise to us! Every cent is worth it. We will certainly be back!

The best Airbnb I've ever rented, a place that feels like home, extremely welcoming, you don't even want to leave the house! Everything is very clean and organized and structured! Diego is very helpful and proactive, I had an excellent family weekend, we will certainly return!
