Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, including part of the Southern Upland Way; tributaries to the salmon and trout-rich River Tweed; and also many miles of forest trails for adventure seeking mountain bikers, our accommodation will appeal to anyone with a love of the great outdoors. 2 miles to the village of Innerleithen for all local amenities & several pubs!

Situated in Peebles, our Beautiful traditional stone built house. Unique getaway in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Private garden and spaces to sit out and enjoy some well earned rest. The Wee Trail House is next-door to the main Trail House and was recently renovated to a high standard. The decor is warm, clean and relaxing throughout. A new kitchen was installed as well as a fresh modern bathroom. There are two bedrooms with king size zip and link beds which can be set up as double or twin rooms. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is very sociable and the coffee table easily converts into a small or large dining table.

The self-contained loft of this artist and architect-designed house is located within one of the biggest habitat restoration projects in Europe and is a five minute walk from a regular bus service to Edinburgh and across the Borders. Our place is very quiet and free from light pollution. The bookshelves are well stocked and include local guidebooks and maps. Our guest reading room overlooking the vegetable garden contains even more books.
