I had a wonderful stay at Rachel's apartment. Easy to get in, place was spotless. It was exactly as described. Rachel was also quick to respond to messages and checked in on me to make sure all was good. I will be staying here again. Great place.

Studio apartment is in a convenient location to downtown Pensacola and beach. Located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and helpful during our month-long stay. Highly recommend.

Miranda's place was absolutely perfect . It was immaculate, well stocked, and cozy. The kitchen was like new with upgraded appliances and Google tablet for ambiance music . The comfy lush adjustable bed was delightful. The bathroom was spa like and had many extras even down to the salon shampoo. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening rocks on the porch . We had easy walk to Palafox Street and the Blue Wahoo baseball game. Miranda was always accessible and attentive . Highly Highy recommend

I’ve been to Pensacola plenty of times and this was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Everything looks just like the pictures! This place literally has everything you need!! I would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Josh’s place. The location was excellent and very close to all of the key areas in the city - downtown, the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. Also, Publix grocery store and multiple great cafes within less than a mile. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Pensacola.

Stephen he was so friendly. The place was so clean and orden. Just the bathroom we saw some stain and powder above the toilet but not big deal. Otherwise the place I perfect if you are looking for a confortable location

Anna's condo was very nice and homey. Very comfortable staying there it's nice and quiet and very easy getting in and out. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Excellent place. Just big enough for a couple of people who are staying together but want their own space. It was spotless, very clean, and I'm very picky about such things. Everything one would need to be comfortable and entertained when not out doing whatever you're in town to do. Loved it and would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

Very very quiet neighborhood! We were close to town, but it felt secluded. The place was very clean, & had everything we needed. Included an umbrella, beach chairs and other accessories that were nice to use! Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.

This place was exactly as described. We felt right at home upon entering. Ed and Diane are great hosts. Communicative and quick with responses. Nice and quiet. Footsteps away from the beach. Location close to several eating establishments. I’d definitely stay here again.

By far, this was one of the BEST and great times that we have had in any Airbnb thus far.. I will definitely be staying here again. The host were absolutely fantastic very nice and always responsive to all of our needs. Brian and his wife went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy comfortable and enjoyed our little mini Vacay I would recommend this 10/10

Funny enough we only stumbled upon this after our original Airbnb cancelled at another location due to urgent plumbing issues (and this happened to also be the only week available coincidentally, at Gina’s). We are so happy that ended up leading us to Gina’s retreat! We will most definitely return and book here. It was a perfect location and accurately described. We even decided to extend our trip a day just a few days before we were arriving. If you’re debating on booking, do it!!!🙂

Overall, our stay was great. The majority of the property was booked all weekend. Little different staying in a location with multiple renters, much like a bed and brekkie. I enjoyed our space - we weren’t around much but you can hear very clearly your neighbors since it’s only a door that separates you. Quiet time is 10 and everyone followed that which was good. We enjoyed the dock the most. I sat for hours and watched dolphins play right in front of me. The dock needs some work with the sun getting to it but pretty typical in Florida. The grounds were kept clean and nice. Crystal was our co-host and she was amazing. Responsive and communicative - we were even able to check in a liter early. Bed on our side of the manor is pretty soft, so it was the couch for me as it’s more firm. I’d stay again but maybe in the guesthouse where it’s more quiet as that’s my preference. Parking can be tricky so be prepared. Three boat trailers while we stayed but I had my own space. Enjoyed it!

We just stayed 5 nights at this condo in Pensacola. It was easy to find and kind of set apart from a lot of the other buildings. It has some privacy but is still close enough to plenty of restaurants, the boardwalk, and the pier. The condo is beautifully furnished, very clean, and fully stocked with every day things that you need: dishes, towels, coffee & creamer, and even some board games. The view of the gulf is gorgeous and the beach is not too over crowded. The host was very kind and helpful and always responded promptly whenever we had a question for her. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Pensacola, you won’t be disappointed!

Our family of four stayed 6 nights at this condo. Unit is spacious and very clean! We loved being on the first floor as we didn’t have to use the elevator for unloading/loading. However you cannot walk directly out to the beach, you have to go to the basement level for pool and beach access. Th condo overlooks the outdoor pool and it is open until 11 pm. I worked from the condo during the day and you could not hear the pool noise from inside. Kitchen has lots of pots, pans, utensils and salt and pepper, but any condiments or spices will need to be purchased or brought with. Beds were super comfy and soft. Couch in living room is large and comfortable. They have 4 beach chairs and numerous beach toys for use during your stay. We left a boogie board as our car was too packed for it to fit! Beach area is nice, but lots of Jellyfish when we were there so be aware if the purple flag is flying and have some vinegar on hand if you get stung! Overall a great place to stay!

We had the best stay! The view from the corner unit is breathtaking and we liked the option to either take the stairs or the elevator up to our unit. Being able to see the pool from our balcony was also great for our young family. Can’t beat the beach accessibility and we took advantage of the chair/umbrella service for the first time, which made things even more enjoyable. Allison was very responsive and clear with all instructions. The condo was clean and is just like the pictures showed. It was a very comfortable stay for all of us (grandparents included). We had a blast all week and each night started and ended with us taking advantage of the balcony. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful place to spend my vacation. Eric was wonderful and came right over when I couldn’t figure out the tv. You can tell he is the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone. The home is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and well stocked. We will be returning, God Willing.
