Beachfront holiday rental in Pensacola

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

Overall this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. So much provided you only needed food. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Thank you for renting us your house for the 10th - 18th. We really enjoyed ourselves. We brought our boat and went to Crab Island, Juana’s, McRee Cove to see the Blue Angels and then to the FloraBama. We cooked crab legs and oysters we got from Joe Patti’s and ate outs with the sunset in the background. We really had the best time. Thank you again.

I loved the home however parking wasn’t the best if you had multiple cars but we got through that situation. I wished I had more time there so I could really enjoy what that area offered. I had my mom 75th birthday party there and it was a perfect fit. Lenora is wonderful and if something was wrong she sent out the handyman the next day. I give the experience 5/5 stars. You will not be disappointed. By the way the view in the morning and at night was amazing. Also I want to Thank the neighbor as he was wonderful for putting up with us. I told him if we were to loud to inform us but he didn’t say a word. If I had to do it again, I definitely would and on a smaller scale because I loved the view.

This place is is well worth the money. 3 big bedrooms. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Lots of room. Amenities was nice, like bathroom stuff,laundry stuff,kitchen stuff. The beach stuff was great. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my furbaby.

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to the beach and loved that it was dog friendly. The pond in the back was nice and my niece and nephew enjoyed feeding the ducks.

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Our kids love the community pool and walking a short distance to the private community beach and public beach access. We can’t wait to come back to Navarre and stay here again!

Loved the condo and location. Wished we discovered the cart room upon arrival (next to the elevator), but used one to leave.

This was a perfect weekend getaway spot! A beautiful property that was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing and convenient place at the beach!

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Olga’s condo! It was peaceful, beautiful, and lots of fun! The walk to the beach was easy! The patio view of the pool and palm trees was really cute! Very secure and perfect for our 5 day/4 night stay! Easy communication and we really had no problems or questions at all! Washer / dryer and ice maker were nice “extras” to have! Thank you so much for the wine and late check out accommodations!

Our second time at Vic’s. The place is just great. Location is a 10! You have a Tom Thumb convience store and Peg Leg Pete’s Restaurant, right across the street. Great food. Up the way is all of the shopping ( Ron Jon’s , Alfred)s, restaurants, etc. The beach is right behind the parking garage and the two chairs and umbrella is a major perk. The place is always very clean w lots of everything, just like home. We will be back next year as many people have been doing . A

Great location and close to everything we needed. Awesome little private beach on the sound side, perfect for our little kids. Place was very clean, comfortable secure. We are already discussing a return visit!

Perfect place for our short little stay! Cleanliness is one of my biggest requirements while staying somewhere and they definitely hit the mark here! Being on the second floor was great for location in reference to the beach, the office, and the pool. We would def come back!

My husband and I had a great stay here! It is so cute and homey inside, and the public beach is just 20 minutes away. Lots of cute restaurants and shops nearby too! 10/10 would stay again!

Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! Thanks, Brian! We had wonderful memories we’ll keep forever!

What an adorable place. The recent remodel was so tastefully done. This is a perfect place for a weekend or a overnight stay. Enjoyed my coffee by the water.

This condo is so pretty! It had everything we needed plus some extras. Very clean. Fast to respond and very friendly. Definitely will be coming back next year. Perfect location too!

This beach condo truly feels like home. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. The decor is charming and thoughtfully designed, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. With all the amenities you need and just a short walk to the beach, it's the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Can't wait to come back!

The place was just like the pictures and very clean. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Had the Santa Rosa sound beach to myself a great deal of the time. It’s just a lovely place. The only thing I will say is if you’re older or have small children the steps going into the house are very steep. That was the only thing that was a negative. Otherwise so great!

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Nelson is a great host, the house was perfect, and the location was so convenient to everything we did. We can’t wait to book this house again!
