Condo holiday rentals in Pensacola

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, incredibly spacious, and felt brand new. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials—fresh towels, thoughtful touches, and even private parking. The location was perfect: in a quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants, about 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach, and just an hour from Destin. The host was wonderful—very kind, responsive, and easy to reach through the Airbnb app. She made me feel welcome and was super helpful throughout my stay. Everything about my experience was perfect. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I visit Pensacola Beach, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient stay!

Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! Thanks, Brian! We had wonderful memories we’ll keep forever!

We were able to check in earlier. Place was in a great location with a close walk to the beach. Was clean, neat, organized, well-decorated and had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly with answers to all of our questions. Would rent again!

This condo is so pretty! It had everything we needed plus some extras. Very clean. Fast to respond and very friendly. Definitely will be coming back next year. Perfect location too!

This beach condo truly feels like home. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. The decor is charming and thoughtfully designed, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. With all the amenities you need and just a short walk to the beach, it's the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Can't wait to come back!

If you are reading this review and if Mary’s condo is available on or around your desired rates of travel, hit the reserve button!! The pictures are accurate yet don’t do it justice. The floor to ceiling windows showcase the turquoise blue ocean & no matter where you are in the condo, you can see the view. This was beyond our expectations and we loved it. Mary was an incredible, proactive, friendly and very responsive host. We felt that we were long time friends as guests in her home, yet also felt so comfortable since it is stocked with absolutely everything you need - so, we also felt like we owned the place! The resort is great - there’s is something for everyone and it is just minutes from the busyness of the main area of Pensacola Beach. The private parking and ease to get in and out of the condo and position of the building made it a very safe and easy to get around. The beaches are pristine, not crowded and absolutely breathtaking. We absolutely loved it!

Immaculate condo, exactly as pictured. A short distance away from the busy section of Pensacola Beach. Beautiful views from wraparound balcony. We enjoyed sitting there for morning coffee and sunsets.

Great place to stay. Private and quiet the place was nice and clean and easy to find. Close to the beach and the pool was right around the corner. The extra activities that was offered was great especally the golfing choices and family fun was amazing for my family.

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

My family and I came to Pensacola FL for my sons Navy A School graduation and Christine’s place was the perfect place to stay at, it felt like home for us. It was super close to everything, the peace and quiet was amazing. I absolutely loved the decor and how comfortable the beds were. This home was fantastic. Very well stocked throughout! The kitchen has so much available for you to use and neatly organized. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues. We definitely enjoyed the pool and loved that you had a basket ready for all our pool needs. You thought of everything. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your space. We loved everything about this condo! Great location to eats, shopping and right across the street from the beach access! We will definitely be back if available in the future.

We had a nice overnight stay at Breanna's condo! A few minor concerns popped up during our visit, but Breanna had excellent communication and helped to adress the issues - which ultimately didn't affect our stay. The place was very clean and the things we needed were well stocked. Great board game selection and TV is easy to use if you want to watch a movie or show. There's a public laundry facility attached to the pool house/community space on the back side of the condominiums. It was clean and well kept - $2 per wash and per dry. We stayed on a week day and the community was quiet. During the day, it seems like they may be addressing some renovation needs to the complex, so you may hear some noise from workers - but that wont be a problem if you are out enjoying the Fort Walton area and nearby public beaches.

Joni’s place is fantastic! This was our first family vacation (4yo, 2.5yo, & 3mo old). It was the perfect place for us! Super clean, up to date kitchen, and phenomenal view. We loved it so much, that we booked again for next year. We’re hopeful to keep making it our small family tradition at Joni’s place!

Quaint beachside condo. I loved that the building wasn’t nearly as huge as other nearby properties which made check-in, checkout, and elevator wait time easy breezy. Condo had all the things to make you feel right at home. Only ‘issue’ we had was no window treatments in living room and very sheer drapes in the Master, and the sun is very bright in the morning. Jennie was very responsive to any question I had! All around, great unit!

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

Comfortable spot right by Johnson Beach... We had a great stay! You can see the lagoon and the gulf of mexico from the balcony. Place is not right on the beach but it is a quick walk (3-5 minutes) , not crossing any roads or anything. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I spent a week in this awesome condo! The location was perfect! From the room we were able to see the pool as well as the ocean. The condo was very clean and the king bed was great. We will definitely book with Lindsay again next year!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Your home is lovely and in such a great location! We loved spending time at the beach! But we also enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the waves, too! The restaurants you recommended were perfect! The key lime pie was such a sweet treat to celebrate our anniversary! Such hospitable hosts for our vacation! We will be back!

Perfect place for our short little stay! Cleanliness is one of my biggest requirements while staying somewhere and they definitely hit the mark here! Being on the second floor was great for location in reference to the beach, the office, and the pool. We would def come back!
