Holiday rentals with beach access in Pensacola

Great spot. Quick and accurate communication from host thru the stay. Fit my needs perfectly, and i will be back next year. Water access was great. (Please if you are considering letting your kids play in the water, it gets deep quickly and the current can be quite swift)

Gary was very responsive to our inquiries! The place is just like the pictures. Short drive to lots of shops/restaurants and Pensacola Beach.

Everything was super clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The location is absolutely perfect if you intend on spending time at the flora-bama and it was a quick 15 minute drive to the wharf with no traffic. Absolutely will be staying here again!

My wife and I had a great four-night stay at Olga’s condo in Perdido Key. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and just as advertised. We loved the easy beach access, relaxing pool and hot tub, and felt totally safe and secure. No issues at all—highly recommend!

Found my new favorite place to stay in Navarre. Svetlana’s place is a perfect 10/10…easy access to everything, clean & comfortable. Thank you again for another wonderful visit!

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Check in was a breeze and the entire place was clean. The proximity to the Beach and the Gulf is a great bonus. Our kids enjoyed the Beach Supplies and the Game Area upstairs. Val & Rodney were very responsive to our questions and/or comments from the outset. We love coming to the Gulf Shores area and will definitely keep this place in mind when we return (and you should consider it too).

John was a wonderful host!!! I would definitely stay again. The house is very nice and has everything you need. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet!! All the neighbors were very friendly and spoke passing by on their boats as well as when we passed by on ours!! They even recommended places to fish and that was very helpful.

We loved our stay at April’s house! The house was perfect for us, our 3 teenagers, and our dog. We loved the neighborhood and Gulf Breeze! The neighborhood was quiet and very pedestrian-friendly while only being a short drive to the beach. The large fenced-in backyard was great! A large, spacious deck, tall privacy fence, and a trampoline for the kids - perfect! We highly recommend April’s place!

I used the home for my bridal party and it was absolutely perfect. Warm, charming, and elegant home! Laura was so wonderful and communicated instructions early! Great location to downtown Pensacola and beautiful views!

Absolutely loved our stay at Leon’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. Leon was an amazing host—very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This guest-house (at the bottom of the owners' garden) is a very good choice. I went there in November 2024 and May 2025 and enjoyed the peace and quiet, barely disturbed by a few squirrels. I should add that the guest-house is conveniently located on North Palafox Street (at the intersection of Cervantes Street and North Palafox Street).

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place in Perdido Key! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Julie was a kind and responsive host, and she made everything easy from start to finish. Our young kids especially loved the pool and the quick, easy trip over to the beautiful beaches—it was the perfect setup for a family vacation. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend Julie’s place to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I spent a week in this awesome condo! The location was perfect! From the room we were able to see the pool as well as the ocean. The condo was very clean and the king bed was great. We will definitely book with Lindsay again next year!!!

Great place to stay with family and kids! Beach and the pool are so close. Place was clean and loved sitting on the deck area watching the ocean. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Me and my family had a great week in David and Carons condo! They were attentive, gave me and my family a few things to do while we were vacationing. I will definitely get this place again.

We had a wonderful short visit to Perdido Key and the Purple Parrot. I love that pool! Our unit was spotlessly clean and fresh and very comfortable. We slept so good. We loved how close it was to one of our favorite restaurants, The Fisherman’s Corner. But, being so close to Johnson’s Beach is the cherry on top! Thank y’all so much and we will be back soon.

It was a great place to stay and a wonderful location. Nice to have Peg Leg Pete’s right across the street as well as a convenience store for other needs. Everything is as described, although I will say it would have been nice to have some coffee filters and salt and pepper. I did buy some coffee filters and left them for the next guests. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

This place not only our expectations but went above and beyond! The balcony was huge and had two fans allowed us to enjoy the sounds and view of the waves endlessly. There were lots of board games to play and books to read if we wanted. The two bedrooms were large allowing you to feel right at home. The kitchen had everything you would need to make all meals for anytime of the day. We made breakfast everyday and enjoyed it on the balcony. Two options of drip coffee and keurig were super convenient. We had two cars and the parking lot was always easy to find a spot. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, and toys in the closet available to use. The walk way to the beach was a ramp with no steps. There is a service where you can rent chairs/umbrellas, if you wanted. We went down to the beach around lunch time with no crowd to fight. The famous Flora-Bama was easy walking to by either sidewalk or by beach about 15-20 minutes away. Perfect place for two couples or family of 4.

Marina was such a great host! From the time prior to check in, until we checked out, she was always very easy to reach. She also added an extra day on for us at a 50% off rate :) The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would happily book again!
